On Friday night my garage door would not open. I was thankful that Precision Garage Door was able top come out Saturday morning. Their website makes it very easy to schedule online. Nick, who came out, was very courteous and helpful. The problem was resolved by pushing a button on the garage door opener that I had locked accidentally. Since there was no repair involved Nick was kind enough to to do a maintenance service on our door and gave me a 10.00 discount off the sevice call fee. I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use again. .

I've used Precision before. I'm amazed at how fast they can get someone to me! And Nick was great. He reset our garage door opener and then helped us program our car to open the garage door. He was efficient, kind, and helpful.

I’ve never met a more professional crew. Zack was here within hours of requesting them. He returned the next day when he said he would. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed — very honest. Both men were Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time we’ve used this company, and will continue to do so. They repaired some parts and provided a new remote and keypad remote. Lucas showed up and assessed the issue and then called Lift Master support where the lady verified what the problem was. She ordered the part and also was able to find a discount for the part. Lucas and Lift Master support did what they could to save dollars on the repair. I was very impressed with the honesty of Lucas and you most likely gained a customer for life! I don’t see the option below but I purchased a circuit board for the opener.

I recommend Precision Garage for servicing and replacing your garage door. Precision Garage installed new garage door springs for us in January 2025. Today, in a unrelated matter, the garage door opener track failed. The Operations manager immediately identified the fail point (due to incorrect installation of the garage door opener system by a different company). Precision fixed the issue, serviced the garage door springs and hinges and took the time to educate me on various operating matters. Grateful for their time and expertise.
