We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. They have always been prompt, professional & courteous. A recent Emergency where we were stuck/trapped in our Garage due to a broken Spring prompted our immediate call to them. They were so understanding & sympathetic to our having to leave in a few hours to pick up our Grandchildren that they sent someone out to first get us out of the Garage & then the Technician showed up about a half hour later & had the Door repaired in less than 30 mins. He was so quick, professional & checked out all the other parts to the Garage Door as well while here. We are so pleased with their response time & attention to detail while here. Precision Door is our FIRST call for repair or maintenance. Thank you to Bill & Ryan! We made our pickups on time!!!

We will need some additional repairs that will need to be scheduled, but he gave us peace of mind to have an operational garage door for the time-being. Could this be the same service I used 3 years ago when I moved into my home? My experience today was disappointing to say the least. The technician was rude when I acted surprised at how much expensive his recommended 'options' were when I explained they were too expensive for me to consider. I paid the $99 trip charge and He left in a huff. Didn't say thank you. My door still has the same problem, I'm less $99 and didn't appreciate the poor customer service. To say the technician was a rude, know it all would be an understatement.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy. He was professional, provided me with all my options after inspection, and got our entire repair done quickly. Great customer service!

On Friday night my garage door would not open. I was thankful that Precision Garage Door was able top come out Saturday morning. Their website makes it very easy to schedule online. Nick, who came out, was very courteous and helpful. The problem was resolved by pushing a button on the garage door opener that I had locked accidentally. Since there was no repair involved Nick was kind enough to to do a maintenance service on our door and gave me a 10.00 discount off the sevice call fee. I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use again. .

Both men were Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time we’ve used this company, and will continue to do so. They repaired some parts and provided a new remote and keypad remote. Service was prompt and fast. However I feel he oversold my wife, 1500.00 is way too much for a spring and rollers which took him 11/2 hrs to install. I will not use your service again.

Lucas showed up and assessed the issue and then called Lift Master support where the lady verified what the problem was. She ordered the part and also was able to find a discount for the part. Lucas and Lift Master support did what they could to save dollars on the repair. I was very impressed with the honesty of Lucas and you most likely gained a customer for life! I don’t see the option below but I purchased a circuit board for the opener.

I recommend Precision Garage for servicing and replacing your garage door. Precision Garage installed new garage door springs for us in January 2025. Today, in a unrelated matter, the garage door opener track failed. The Operations manager immediately identified the fail point (due to incorrect installation of the garage door opener system by a different company). Precision fixed the issue, serviced the garage door springs and hinges and took the time to educate me on various operating matters. Grateful for their time and expertise.
