Excellent service. I have been using Precision for many years and each time I am impressed with the quality of service and immediate and courteous response. Brian is so professional and knowledgeable. I called Precision on a Saturday and Brian showed up at the end of the day and stayed late until the work was totally finished. He verified that the old garage door motor needed to be replaced. He had all the parts and installed it perfectly. I appreciate the friendly and very professional attitude of Brian.

Of course my garage door breaks on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I was like, this sucks. So I looked around and Precision made it easy to make the appointment via chat, and the garage door engineer they sent, Mark, was awesome, nice friendly, and fast. Thanks Mark for an awesome job.

My garage door fell off the tracks on at 8:30 Sunday morning. I saw your ad for 24/7 service and called. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Mark was terrific to work with. Prompt, professional and genuinely kind! Thank for the exceptional service!

Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. Garrett was efficient, professional and very thorough in accomplishing the service needed. The door was racked. He corrected that quickly and proceeded with adjustments to ensure the door was properly aligned. The charge was very reasonable. I will certainly call Precision again if the need arrises.

Jesse was on-time, very polite and professional! He explained the entire repair and inspection process before starting. After his inspection, he explained what needed to be done and why these repairs were important to the safe operation of the garage door. All of the parts were on site and the repair was completed within a couple of hours. Definitely would recommend to others!

It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.

Jessie was terrific! He provided prompt and thorough service. He was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also explained upgrade options, which I will probably pursue in order to have a more permanent fix. Very professional!

Whole experience was good from the receptionist who set up my appointment to the Tech. Tech called in advance as promised, arrived 10 minutes before 2 hour window I was given, fixed the door in minutes and then tuned the door up. He was pleasant and efficient

We've been dealing with a 16 -year-old garage door opener that was loud and in the cold weather did not do it's primary function (open and closing the garage!) Anyway, after three months of fun playing "Will The Garage Door Opener Work Today?" game (LOL) - I finally called Precision. Cue this morning: I had an outpatient medical procedure and couldn't get my car out - luckily I had my son's iced-over vehicle to drive - that was around 10am when I returned home, so I called Precision and I spoke with a very nice lady, Karen, and she sent Garrett out. And he made judgement call that it's at end-of-life, gave me the options on a new opener and the best one for our family. By 1:50pm SAME DAY he was gone leaving behind a new & quiet - with an App and reliable garage door opener. Why did I wait so long? Honestly, my husband and I thought it would be some ordeal. NOPE. I would call Precision Door Service anyday. Garrett was great, Karen was caring and yeah A++++ Call these guys/gals!
