We initially used Precision Door Service in 2019 for a new garage door opener and they were excellent. We needed them again today to repair the broken spring that is attached to the garage door. Fantastic service and honest pricing! When the spring broke on our garage door I thought it would be at least a week before we could get it fixed. A friend recommended Precision. I called that afternoon and the next day the worker contacted us about a half hour from the house, he arrived on time, gave a very fair estimate and was finished with the entire job in 90 minutes. It was absolutely as good as that type of experience (something breaks and you need to call a contractor) can be!

Because of a torsion spring break I needed repair service. The Precision web site is high quality so I called Precision first. I was given a same day repair quote. Adam arrived on time and repaired my garage door. I would rate all of the service I received as a "10+". The only thing that has not happened is that Adam told me I would receive an invoice online for the work that was done. He gave me a paper copy when I paid him. If and when I need repairs in the future I will definitely call Precision.
