I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.

The serviceman, Bobby showed up on time. He was very professional, and gave me clear options to fix the door. First, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on Thanksgiving day. (One of the torsion springs had broken.) Then pleased that a technician could make repairs the next day. Zack arrived earlier than the time I had been give, evaluated the door, and gave me three options -- fully explaining each. I took the complete overhaul which Zack completed in a professional and timely manner. Door works great now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Zack and Precision Door.
