Called Precision because my former garage door company couldn't get it together to schedule servicing. Precision was very friendly and workable. Came out the next day. The serviceman, Bobby showed up on time. He was very professional, and gave me clear options to fix the door. He replaced my 25 year-old door opener, and took the time to explain the programing etc. Great experience

First, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on Thanksgiving day. (One of the torsion springs had broken.) Then pleased that a technician could make repairs the next day. Zack arrived earlier than the time I had been give, evaluated the door, and gave me three options -- fully explaining each. I took the complete overhaul which Zack completed in a professional and timely manner. Door works great now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Zack and Precision Door.
