The person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. The technician arrived on time and did a very careful and good job repairing what my problem was with the garage door opener. He explained to me everything that had happened and what he was going to do to repair the problem. He was very friendly and polite. If I have further problems, I would unhesitantly call Precision.

We had Precision install new openers when we first moved into this house and everything works great. One of the pushbutton controlers was not working well now, after 6 years, so Bill replaced that for us. He als recommended and performed some regular maintenance on the lifters, hinges, etc. and now everything works like new again. Great job, and we feel ready for winter.

Our door came off it’s track and was jammed in the half open position. It was mid-afternoon on Friday. I was afraid that we would have to leave the door open overnight. Called the folks at Precision Door and they were there in two hours! Had it fixed in 30 minutes! I’ve never experienced such incredible service. Thanks, Precision.

Ben did awesome, replaced all the parts we needed to get our door working again and improved it so it was quieter! All done in just over an hour on the same day we called. A friend’s garage door was stuck open and when she made calls for immediate service she was quoted astronomical “emergency” prices. She called Precision and was told they do not charge that way. She chose them and was very pleased with their work and service. So, when my garage door remote stopped functioning I also called Precision. They were able to find a time slot for the same afternoon. However, within the hour I received a call from Bill and he took me through troubleshooting my remote, as well as programming/pairing a new one. Back in business! Because they saved me a service visit and expense this time, if/when I have a more serious issue, I will absolutely call Precision. Thank you so much Bill!
