Very quick service.. I called at 1130am and Brian was here at 1230pm. Brian was very sociable and thorough. He explained every thing to me as to what he was going to do. He said that he will record all info in my file as to what parts I may need in the future. The door is now working perfectly again at done at great price. The worst thing is for your garage door to break on a holiday weekend! Or so you would think! However, Mark, the Precision Tech, arrived at our house in about 2 hours. We had a graduation party to attend and groceries to purchase. We were able to get those things done. Mark was very personable and also very efficient. I would recommend Mark & Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Marc Hudson was my service technician The response time was amazing! Even Though I missed my initial appointment, they called me back and set up another appointment, and the response time was great once again. The performed a much needed overhaul of my garage door with 5 year warranty on all the parts that they installed, and they also replaced my garage door safety sensor at no additional cost. I definitely recommend precision Garage Door Service.

I went with Precision because of seeing the TV ads and seen trucks in my neighborhood. Zac B came over to help with my broken door spring. He reviewed my situation and we both agreed the $$ better spent on a whole door replace. The following day Zac arrived and got to work. He got it all done within a few hours work, and no issues. The new door runs great and glad not to have my Frankenstein 20yr old garage door!

I see your commercials all the time so when I had a garage door issue I immediately thought of you. It was easy to book, they came on a Saturday (same day) and the technician was super nice, helpful and quickly addressed and fixed the problem. I would absolutely contact Precision again.

The spring on my door broke and they got a tech out within 2 days to make the repair. He showed up on time and fixed the entire door within the designated time. The door is smooth and quite now. This is the second time (different door) we have had Precision Garage Door out to do repairs for us and they are amazing.

Despite a delayed arrival and a rescheduling hiccup, the garage door technician, Marc, provided wonderful service. He was polite, professional, and ultimately resolved the issue with expertise. While punctuality could be improved (or gift a tardiness discount for services rendered), his exceptional demeanor and skill makes Precision Door worth considering for any garage door needs.

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.

Rapid response to garage door that would not open with cars trapped in the garage! The technician replaced a broken spring and tuned up and lubricated the entire door and it has never operated so quietly!

Brian fixed our garage door spring in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that he called in advance with an ETA and arrived even earlier than originally requested (which was great because our only car was held hostage by the garage door that would not open). Brian explained the issue throughly and I immediately felt comfortable with the solution. He also recommended some additional repairs that didn't need immediate resolution - helpful to know! On top of that, Brian was a super friendly and interesting person... Fellow metal fan! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will plan on calling them in the future!

When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service.
