My garage door spring broke yesterday. I called Precision a 6pm and got service at 8am the next day. The repair professional (Lucas) was courteous, efficient and came with all necessary replacement items. All replacement items and rationale was explained and approved before the service was initiated. Great experience.

Will provided complete explanation of service and completed the repair of the spring in good time. The cost of the repair was extremely high. The person who took my call and scheduled the service was way low on the estimate for the spring cost of between $200 and 400. Being a huge company like precision,I would like to think that you could be much fairer with your prices.

We appreciate you choosing Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door and opener needs, especially with the large number of companies, both smaller and much larger, in this busy Denver market. Although Precision does have locations all across America, we are all individually owned and operated and take pride in our professionally trained service technicians and office staff. We do monitor and record all calls to help train our office staff to be sure they are giving correct information when speaking to potential customers. Perhaps there was confusion as you were given pricing for a service fee and a range of prices for both extension springs or torsion springs, depending on what was needed. We cannot give an exact cost until a technician completes the 25 point safety inspection. Your technician did offer and apply a 10% discount off of the parts we installed. If you have any issues or needs in the future do not hesitate to reach out because we offer 24-hour service and we will answer no matter what time you call. Excellent communication from scheduling to the technician who service my system. I appreciate the flexibility in availability for appointments. Technician who arrived was professional and quickly got to work reprogramming my remotes, providing replacements, and servicing my doors components. The price for services was a couple hundred dollars which may be out of reach of many- and although we could have done this ourselves it would have taken us far longer and we had lots of matters we were addressing re security a property. We appreciate that even for the expense the transaction was smooth and in the end worth it to save us some time and energy.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. They have always been prompt, professional & courteous. A recent Emergency where we were stuck/trapped in our Garage due to a broken Spring prompted our immediate call to them. They were so understanding & sympathetic to our having to leave in a few hours to pick up our Grandchildren that they sent someone out to first get us out of the Garage & then the Technician showed up about a half hour later & had the Door repaired in less than 30 mins. He was so quick, professional & checked out all the other parts to the Garage Door as well while here. We are so pleased with their response time & attention to detail while here. Precision Door is our FIRST call for repair or maintenance. Thank you to Bill & Ryan! We made our pickups on time!!!

Zach from Precision came over within 45 minutes of booking the appointment. He was great and quickly addressed the issue to get the garage door working. We will need some additional repairs that will need to be scheduled, but he gave us peace of mind to have an operational garage door for the time-being. Could this be the same service I used 3 years ago when I moved into my home? My experience today was disappointing to say the least. The technician was rude when I acted surprised at how much expensive his recommended 'options' were when I explained they were too expensive for me to consider. I paid the $99 trip charge and He left in a huff. Didn't say thank you. My door still has the same problem, I'm less $99 and didn't appreciate the poor customer service. To say the technician was a rude, know it all would be an understatement.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy. He was professional, provided me with all my options after inspection, and got our entire repair done quickly. Great customer service!

On Friday night my garage door would not open. I was thankful that Precision Garage Door was able top come out Saturday morning. Their website makes it very easy to schedule online. Nick, who came out, was very courteous and helpful. The problem was resolved by pushing a button on the garage door opener that I had locked accidentally. Since there was no repair involved Nick was kind enough to to do a maintenance service on our door and gave me a 10.00 discount off the sevice call fee. I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use again. .

I’ve never met a more professional crew. Zack was here within hours of requesting them. He returned the next day when he said he would. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed — very honest. Both men were Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time we’ve used this company, and will continue to do so. They repaired some parts and provided a new remote and keypad remote.
