Hello, I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past, with some good experiences, and some not so good experiences. My door had recently been getting noisy, not moving smoothly, and I knew it was needing maintenance soon. On Sunday, August 30th, 2026, my spring finally broke. Around 2:30PM I contacted Precision, and the lady I talked to was very nice, courteous, and professional. She was able to quickly get me an appointment window from 4 to 6PM (on a weekend). Technician Mr. Nick Longo responded and arrived around 4:30PM. This was a very fast response of about 2-hours from the spring breaking on me; really good for a Sunday. Right from the beginning, Nick was very courteous and professional. I was highly impressed with him. Nick did a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of my garage door. He prepared three options for me, and gave me an explanation of the cost and benefits of each. I choose and option and Nick went to work. Nick did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. It was clear to me from talking with Nick that he enjoyed his job, liked working for the company, and I got the impression from him that the company treats him well. I was happy to hear this. Ultimately, I found Nick to be an excellent representative of Precision Garage Door Company. During his work, I asked Nick about a new motor for the door. He provided excellent information for me. Although not my initial intent at the time, I did decide to have Nick install a new motor (Lift Master). I made this decision to spend additional money on a new motor because of the great work and excellent representation of your company by Nick Longo. I'm sure this extra work delayed Nick from getting home to his family and dinner, but he did not complain and was very happy to stay and do the extra work. My overall experience with Precision was excellent this time, due to the lady I spoke to on the phone, the fast response on the weekend, and the exceptional and professional work by Mr. Nick Longo. My experience was excellent. Yes, you met my expectations. Yes, you solved my problem and more. The people who represented your company on this date were outstanding, the lady on the phone and Mr. Nick Longo who did the work. They were both extremely helpful. Nothing specifically in your advertising, but I did have a Precision sticker on my wall in my garage next to the door opener button. This prompted me to start with your company. Full disclosure and in all honesty, my experiences with Precision in the past have ranged from good, to fair, to poor. I will absolutely use Precision in the future for this and other properties, but I will specifically request Mr. Nick Longo to be the responding technician. Recipe for your success: Hold on to this man (Nick Longo), continue to treat him well, promote him in the future, hire others like him, and have him train the new guys. Thank you. DMc, Denver.

He is very polite, friendly and fixed our spring that had broken and told my husband and I about some other things that could go later on and told us that certain parts were good like the motor and the door. Mr.Rubesne was in short fabulous! In addition to the problem with our in-house switches, which was the primary reason for calling Precision, I asked him to look over the entire to garage door system to find things that are worn, about to go bad, etc. he found a number of things that look like they should cause problems in the not-too-distant future and I suggested we repair all of them. His itemized listing of the parts that were necessary and the things that were done is testimony to the thorough nature of his approach. We cannot be happier. Of course we have had successful interactions with Precision Garage Door Service in the past with minor problems all of which were easily handled at little or no cost – it was for that reason that I fully trusted for him to repair anything that looked like it might become a problem in the not-too-distant future. I was so impressed that I was able to make an online appointment this morning for this afternoon! They were even able to come earlier due to being in the neighborhood. On a day that is nearly one hundred degrees, Luke and his assistant worked very hard without complaint to diagnose our problem and quickly install what we needed to fix it. They were courteous and professional and did not try to pressure us into doing more than we needed. It was also really helpful that Luke was able to look back on his tablet at what we had done in 2024 because I did not remember!

Two Technicians were sent out to analyze the problem I was having. They went over both openers and with photos showed me what is causing the problems. Weak springs , loose cables and a cracked sprocket. They were very professional and informative. I highly recommend Precision Door.
