Last night, my garage door spring broke at 7:45 PM. I called Precision15 minutes prior to their office closing and had an appointment set-up for 8:00 AM this morning. From start to finish, this was a world-class experience! Exceeded my expectations! Zac was extremely knowldgeable, professional, and efficient! Had my garage door back to full working order within an hour! He provided me with a short-term repair estimate, a more comprehensive "stable & safe" solution, and lastly, a more intensive long-term solution, with pricing. We discussed the pros and cons of each solution and I made my decision. Completely satisfied. Will use them again if the need ever arises. Thank you Zac, and thank you Precision!

My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He communicated exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them and how much it would cost. He got right to work and finished it much sooner than I expected (1.5 hours). It works great now! Great guy, good business to work with!

I was very pleased to be able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday morning through the Chat and was able to get service on the following Monday morning. Brendan was great about letting me know when he would arrive, and he also explained each of the items that needed fixing on my garage door and why. He was pleasant and kind and very professional. I was using another service, but will definitely go with Precision in the future (so nice to have a 5-year warranty)!

Very impressed. We called and got same day service. Jessie did a phenomenal job. He called ahead to say his previous job was running long. Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. Very responsive and professional business. Our garage door was repaired and fully operational less than 24 hours after it broke. Brandon came out early on a Saturday morning, quickly determined the problem and efficiently repaired it. He also surveyed the entire door for other possible maintenance needs. We agreed to replace the rollers and he was able to quickly replace those from the inventory in his vehicle. Very please with Precision and will contact again when the need arises.
