I was so impressed that I was able to make an online appointment this morning for this afternoon! They were even able to come earlier due to being in the neighborhood. On a day that is nearly one hundred degrees, Luke and his assistant worked very hard without complaint to diagnose our problem and quickly install what we needed to fix it. They were courteous and professional and did not try to pressure us into doing more than we needed. It was also really helpful that Luke was able to look back on his tablet at what we had done in 2024 because I did not remember!

Precision sent out a repairman first thing Monday morning. Luke was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a breakdown of short term and long term repair my garage door needed. He did the repairs I authorized quickly and efficiently, plus tightening and replacing missing bolts. I appreciate Precision Garage Door’s quick, professional service. Luke took care of both garage doors by replacing the rollers and cables and the doors are much quieter now. He also reset the entry keypad. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

We are very happy with our first experience with technician, Luke Wilson. He was very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain the problems (there were many). His work was complete in 2 hours. We were thinking it would take much longer. And the outside temperature was frigid so we were anxious to have the repairs done in order to close the garage door.

My garage door spring broke yesterday. I called Precision a 6pm and got service at 8am the next day. The repair professional (Lucas) was courteous, efficient and came with all necessary replacement items. All replacement items and rationale was explained and approved before the service was initiated. Great experience.

Will provided complete explanation of service and completed the repair of the spring in good time. The cost of the repair was extremely high. The person who took my call and scheduled the service was way low on the estimate for the spring cost of between $200 and 400. Being a huge company like precision,I would like to think that you could be much fairer with your prices.

Perhaps there was confusion as you were given pricing for a service fee and a range of prices for both extension springs or torsion springs, depending on what was needed. We cannot give an exact cost until a technician completes the 25 point safety inspection. Your technician did offer and apply a 10% discount off of the parts we installed. After calling a couple other garage-door places, who never got back to me, I remembered that Precision had fixed our springs some years ago and did a great job. I called them for a garage door that was only partially shutting and a fraying cable, and Luke came out the same day, took a look, gave me an estimate, and got the work done all in one fell swoop. The door works great now--new casters, lubricated, new cable, and it shuts all the way. The estimate was on point as well. Great service, extremely timely, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
