On 12/20/2025 overhead garage spring we broken, i called some places and told high prices and could not fix Monday or later . Called PRECISION AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOT SUNDAY THE NEXT DAY between 8 and 10 in the morn ing. At 8;30 am. JAMES arrived at 9;00am with tools and ready to go to work and wearing work clothes. He was polite , courteous and looked everything over and gave me an estimate of the work. The spring was broken and door would go up all the way. JAMES DID EXCELLENT WORK , i had question and he explained in detail all of the work that he was doingg. He did a great job and professional . I being a senior citizen got SENIOR CITZEN DISCOUNT. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT SHOWING ME SOME OTHER ISSUES , so could make good choice. Very knowledgeable, neat, and excellent communication skills. I TOLD MY NEIGHBOR THE GREAT WORK THAT JAMES WITH PRECISION DID.

I had just settled down for a long winters nap - when out in my garage there arose such a clatter, the spring on the door had snapped like the mad hatter. Precision was called and then in the morning appearing lively and quick James Rubesne, almost St Nick. He queried and checked and as dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly addressed all my issues with a twinkle in his eye. Now no one likes these kinds of issues let alone around the holidays but James was perhaps one of the best service technicians I have had in my home in a long time. He should get a handsome bonus this year for his knowledge, courtesy, and willingness to accommodate the little extras (that no one does anymore). So yes we will call Precision garage door service again and can only hope that James Rubesne will be our technician. He is a class act and a true professional.

James, the service technician called me to let me know he was on his way prior to coming to my house, and he arrived at my house in a prompt and timely manner. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He repaired what was the basis for my original service request to the company. However, I asked him to examine and assess other aspects of my electric garage door system. He examined and assessed the entire system and noticed wear and tear that needed to be addressed and repaired or replaced. He always explained what he was doing. He answered any questions that I posed to him. He explained the costs involved with the repairs and replacement work he did, which were reasonable and which I appreciated. James completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. James took photos of the areas in my garage door system which he provided to me. He provided me with an itemized estimate of the work that he did and for which I was charged and which i paid for. James also explained about the warranty associated with the woirk he did. Overall, I was very pleased with the service prvoded to me by James and Precision Door Service. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy. Precision had done a great job of promptly replacing the broken spring in our garage door about 5 years ago, so when the door refused to shut I knew who to call. They responded within 2 hours or less, fixed the problem for a very reasonable rate and gave me prices on some other maintenance areas for future reference. The door and opener is about 15 years old.l They are great and, of course, I would call them again when needed or for maintenance.

What a great company! We had two garage door remotes that were not opening our LiftMaster garage door. James came and performed an inspection of our door and unit, tightened all the bolts and programmed both of the remotes. The price was so reasonable! When I purchased this house 15 years ago, the seller specifically mentioned our garage door and how good Precision was. We also had their sticker above our opener. We screwed up our door by mistake and needed help. Precision came out next day and our repairman was so fast and thorough. He got us fixed up enough to get us through until we can get a full replacement completed. I was EXTREMELY impressed. I would and will recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door work.

I called Precision a while back and my problem was so small that the person who came fixed it in a minute or two and didn't charge me. I was so impressed that I called again and this time a young man who was very pleasant came early in the time that I expected him. It was an easy fix but he checked my garage opener and fixed some things I didn't know were a problem and told me my garage door was in good shape. He didn't say it wouldn't break later but said it was as good as it could be. I was very impressed.

We had a sticker of your business by our garage door opener and we guessed that you had repaired the garage door previous to our owning the house. Not knowing another garage door service, we called you. You repairmen were able to come out the next morning, which was nice since we couldn't get the car out of the garage. James and Lucas came out and surveyed the problem, gave us an estimate, and fixed the broken spring and replaced some old parts, all in a matter of about an hour. They were very knowledgable of all the working parts of the garage door opener and they were very professional and personable. We feel like we got very good service. Thank you so much. Excellent service, called on a Sunday techs arrived on time,diagnosed the issue and repaired quickly. Techs were clear on up front cost and didn’t deviate from the agreed price. I was adviced on some future concerns that needed addressing. They were not pushy and informed me to reach out when I do decide to move forward. Fantastic experience definitely will be using precision in the future! I purchased a new set of safety sensors from precision not listed on drop down options.
