Nick the technician was awesome!! He checked out the problem with my garage door and corrected it. He oiled all the parts!! He is very detailed and conscientious. He explains the problem. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He also has integrity because he didn’t sell me something that I didn’t need. I used Precision in Fort Collins before I moved here. I have never been disappointed with Precision's service and competance. They give me a 2 hour window, the service person calls when he is on his way and once here he checks the door out, makes any adjustments that he believes is necessary and then gets to the reason you called if it was not for a check of the door. In this case it was the door did not open or close for the car controls but did for the installed control with the door. It didn't take long and Bill, the service person, had everything working fine and was on his way. Bill was excellent but then thats what I have come to expect from Precision Door. Thank YOU again!

Brian was able to determine the appropriate service repair based on the popping noises heard while opening the garage door. He also checked the spring force against weight of the door. He suggested and I accepted a new set of springs. My door is quiet again!

Nick helped service my broken garage door today. I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. I was incredibly impressed today with all parts of the process. I called as soon as my door broke this morning, Sheri helped me set up the appointment (they had same day availability), and then the tech Nick was able to come early, which was great. He was incredibly polite and professional, and clearly walked me through what he found and what my options were. To have all of this happen and be resolved within the same half of one day is impressive! We will continue to use Precision for all of our future needs. We ended up replacing springs, cables, some bearings, and rollers. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a sticker of your business by our garage door opener and we guessed that you had repaired the garage door previous to our owning the house. Not knowing another garage door service, we called you. You repairmen were able to come out the next morning, which was nice since we couldn't get the car out of the garage. James and Lucas came out and surveyed the problem, gave us an estimate, and fixed the broken spring and replaced some old parts, all in a matter of about an hour. They were very knowledgable of all the working parts of the garage door opener and they were very professional and personable. We feel like we got very good service. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend you and we will use you again if and when needed.

Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.
