We have used Precision to fix and maintain our garage door over many years. Our key pad wasn't working properly. Bill Nashwinter from precision responded in less than 24 yours, fixed the problem and "tuned up" the mechanisms. Bill, like everyone from Precision, was personable, extremely professional, and efficient. The service provided couldn't have been better and the cost was fair. Precision has also maintained an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau over the years, which provides some peace of mind when deciding who we want to work on our home.

Having just experienced the tension spring break on my garage door, trapping my cars inside, I was in immediate need of service. I found Precision on a quick internet search and when I called their number, there was an immediate response from the attendant, providing me an overview of their process and rough estimates of the types of repair cost (with caution that actual estimates are provided by the on-site service agent). The attendant provided me with an available time slot the following day, although after asking if there was any possibility of service the same day, they were able to check with their team and made it happen. The transparency of the process and the professionalism and efficiency of the the service representative, James, was outstanding; truly unique in this day and age. James was very thorough in explaining the condition of the door and the various options for repair.

Repeat customer of Precision as they replaced our garage door 2 years ago. With such great service, I reached out to them to replace our garage door opener that stopped working. I called on Monday and made appointment for the next day. Zac, my service consultant, quickly identified the issue and made the recommendation on what new opener unit I would need. Zac had the opener and the other required hardware to remove the old unit and install the new one in a very short amount of time. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy. He was professional, provided me with all my options after inspection, and got our entire repair done quickly. Great customer service!

I have used Precision Door service for several years. Their response is always quick, even on weekends or holidays when garage door springs always seem to break. We have been lucky to have Zac, the technician, respond each time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The last time I called, it was because the garage door would not go down. Zac arrived the next day and immediately saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. As a previous customer there was no charge for the simple fix that he performed. They will always have our business. The next garage door will be from Precision Door Service.

I have a very old (65+ years) and very heavy garage door for which I contacted Precision for a garage door tune-up. First-off, I was pleasantly surprised at their schedule availability. Then, the technician, Zac, was great! He was very professional and thorough both with the garage door tune-up/inspection and taking me through what he did and any recommendations he had. He was very transparent and honest about what the garage door might need to improve safety (nothing immediately, fortunately) as well as what indicators to look for that might mean specific parts are wearing out. Great value for the money. I'll definitely call Precision again for anything related to my garage door.
