Had a door opener installed. It was quickly and professionally done. Equipment is very nice. Only one problem, door does not completely close. There is a gap of about one inch when closed. I can manually push the door down to eliminate the gap but I think the door should close completely.

Very quick service.. I called at 1130am and Brian was here at 1230pm. Brian was very sociable and thorough. He explained every thing to me as to what he was going to do. He said that he will record all info in my file as to what parts I may need in the future. The door is now working perfectly again at done at great price. When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service. Our technician ( Brian, I believe ) was very capable, and after looking over our old system, he ended up doing an overhaul rather than just replacing the broken spring. He was polite, and very knowledgable, and we are super happy with the end result.

We were having issues with our older garage door opener. Called Precision and Brian came out quickly. He was immediately friendly, quick to answer questions and check out the problem. After some work, it became apparent the old opener was shot and needed replacement. Brian came back quickly - on his day off! - to install the new opener. Again, he was quick, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. If you've got issues with your garage door(s), call Precision and ask for Brian - you'll be in great hands!

I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.

Excellent service. I have been using Precision for many years and each time I am impressed with the quality of service and immediate and courteous response. Brian is so professional and knowledgeable. I called Precision on a Saturday and Brian showed up at the end of the day and stayed late until the work was totally finished. He verified that the old garage door motor needed to be replaced. He had all the parts and installed it perfectly. I appreciate the friendly and very professional attitude of Brian.

I needed to have the springs replaced on a 22 year old garage door. Donovan, the technician couldn’t have been more polite and professional. He came in and gave me an estimate and then proceeded on with doing the work. There was no uncomfortable sales pitch involved but just giving me the facts to make a decision for myself. He did a great job. I like that they send a confirming email along with pictures of their technicians so that you feel more comfortable having them come into your house and do your garage repair. Such a good idea. I would recommend them 100%

Bobby made sure that the replacement springs would work for my custom garage door. He also made sure to get the work done on Friday so my wife, returning from travel, would be able to use the garage for her vehicle. Precision Garage Door service is exceptional without qualifications. The service provider was Bobby who examined our garage door with its noisy chain and rollers. He described what to do for a better operation. Bobby's knowledge and ability to understand my questions and needs was what determined what I would do next. I went with a wireless, keyless model and am I impressed ! Before leaving Bobby, said if any problems, call us back and we will take care of it.
