Precision did a major overhaul of the garage door about 3 years ago; today's visit was a maintenance visit. The door needed some screws/bolts tightened or replaced. All good. Zack the tech was great - it was he who did the overhaul and it was good to see the continuity of techs at Precision.

Had a door opener installed. It was quickly and professionally done. Equipment is very nice. Only one problem, door does not completely close. There is a gap of about one inch when closed. I can manually push the door down to eliminate the gap but I think the door should close completely.

When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service. Our technician ( Brian, I believe ) was very capable, and after looking over our old system, he ended up doing an overhaul rather than just replacing the broken spring. He was polite, and very knowledgable, and we are super happy with the end result.

I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.
