I recommend Precision Garage for servicing and replacing your garage door. Precision Garage installed new garage door springs for us in January 2025. Today, in a unrelated matter, the garage door opener track failed. The Operations manager immediately identified the fail point (due to incorrect installation of the garage door opener system by a different company). Precision fixed the issue, serviced the garage door springs and hinges and took the time to educate me on various operating matters. Grateful for their time and expertise.

I had used Precision Door service previously and was very happy with the service so I knew this was the place to call when I wanted my garage door unit and remote key pad replaced. James let me know his expected arrival time and arrived on the dot. Upon arrival he did a safety inspection and pointed out a few things (cables, brackets) that should also be done at this time. Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Mainly, they came out on a Sunday & fixed my broken garage door spring so that it worked again. The technician James was great. Communicated well & let me know in advance of his arrival which was at the earliest time of the window we'd been given. He was clear about what the problem was, what it would cost to repair, and what he'd do to fix it. Offered choices on things I could do maintenance on.

Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!
