Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... AI is not working.. Hope to hear from you on Monday. Paul O.

Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Mainly, they came out on a Sunday & fixed my broken garage door spring so that it worked again. The technician James was great. Communicated well & let me know in advance of his arrival which was at the earliest time of the window we'd been given. He was clear about what the problem was, what it would cost to repair, and what he'd do to fix it. Offered choices on things I could do maintenance on.

Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!

Needed garage door opener replaced. Was able to get appointment scheduled early for the following day. Technician did a good job and work was completed, old opener hauled away, work area cleaned up and all done within 2 hours. Great job.

My door opener has to be sync'd to the remotes while standing on a ladder. I wanted this service. I am too old to climb ladders and so is my wife. One door had a hithch in its operation before service, and there appears to be no change.

Precision Door was great! We had a broken spring and they were able to give me a quote on the phone and come out the same day. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that the pricing was the same as quoted. Have had experience with other companies that tell you a different price when they show up and just want to try and sell you a new door. Experience was great. They were out the same day I called and finished the work same day as well. Jake was our technician and he was very informative, explaining what he was doing along the way (since I kept asking). It's good now that I know how the whole garage door process works and the importance of keeping parts (like rollers) up to snuff. The reduction in noise from the door is also great.. I had used Precision Door service previously and was very happy with the service so I knew this was the place to call when I wanted my garage door unit and remote key pad replaced. James let me know his expected arrival time and arrived on the dot. Upon arrival he did a safety inspection and pointed out a few things (cables, brackets) that should also be done at this time. His explantions of what he was going to do and what he did were excellent. Very happy with the install, James' professionalism and knowledge. Thank you.
