Very impressed. We called and got same day service. Jessie did a phenomenal job. He called ahead to say his previous job was running long. Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. Would absolutely use precision again in the future.

It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly.
