Hi Ben, thanks for your note. We are actually still debating about the content of the review, and whether to even proceed with one or not. I guess we'll see.

Nick was extremely courteous and professional during the entire two hours he spent on the inspection and repair of my garage door. After his initial assessment of my door and it's working parts, he gave me a complete explanation of how all the parts work together and how after 35 years, each part had shown significant wear and tear. It was clear after his explanation that I needed to replace not just the broken spring, but also the rollers, cables, end bearings, and drums to guarantee the smooth operation of my door for 5 years (and hopefully much longer!). Besides being very patient with all my questions, Nick did this on Sunday morning as one of his normal work days. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Nick in particular, for any repair work on your garage door.

Staff over the phone was really helpful. An appointment was scheduled and field tech call that they could come earlier. Field tech (Lucas)discussed options, we agreed on a price and the work was professionally done and quickly performed. Recommend them for this type of work.

Precision had done a great job of promptly replacing the broken spring in our garage door about 5 years ago, so when the door refused to shut I knew who to call. They responded within 2 hours or less, fixed the problem for a very reasonable rate and gave me prices on some other maintenance areas for future reference. The door and opener is about 15 years old.l They are great and, of course, I would call them again when needed or for maintenance.

He answered all my questions and did a great job. If I have any other problems with my garage door, I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

Brian was able to determine the appropriate service repair based on the popping noises heard while opening the garage door. He also checked the spring force against weight of the door. He suggested and I accepted a new set of springs. My door is quiet again!

After calling a couple other garage-door places, who never got back to me, I remembered that Precision had fixed our springs some years ago and did a great job. I called them for a garage door that was only partially shutting and a fraying cable, and Luke came out the same day, took a look, gave me an estimate, and got the work done all in one fell swoop. The door works great now--new casters, lubricated, new cable, and it shuts all the way. The estimate was on point as well. Great service, extremely timely, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!
