Mr.Rubesne was in short fabulous! In addition to the problem with our in-house switches, which was the primary reason for calling Precision, I asked him to look over the entire to garage door system to find things that are worn, about to go bad, etc. he found a number of things that look like they should cause problems in the not-too-distant future and I suggested we repair all of them. His itemized listing of the parts that were necessary and the things that were done is testimony to the thorough nature of his approach. We cannot be happier. Of course we have had successful interactions with Precision Garage Door Service in the past with minor problems all of which were easily handled at little or no cost – it was for that reason that I fully trusted for him to repair anything that looked like it might become a problem in the not-too-distant future. The technician, Jim, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He identified several issues that had been causing problems with the garage door opening and closing. He corrected each one. The door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision. They do great work.

Jesse was the technician who worked on my garage door today. His previous appointment finished early so he called and asked, very politely and almost apologizing, if he could come early. I had been warned that my opener was on its last leg so I wasn’t surprised that it needed to be replaced, and it died as I opened the door to let Jesse in. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Jesse took the old opener & all the packaging with him, left my garage spotless, and I’m so very pleased

I’ve known about precision garage quality living in the SF Bay Area. So when our door stop midway when we opened it We release the door pull cord to close it and I called(chat text) the Denver area Precision They set up appointment for next morning When the original tech was going to be delayed at his first appointment Bill the office manager showed up to cover for him Bill did a primary check found the problem and fix it We plan on replacing the motor unit next spring and Bill gave the information I needed have it done. I going to call Precision when we’re ready because I trust them base on how I was treated by Bill????

I called after a door spring broke and they had someone out in a couple of hours. They fixed that and a small problem with the other door. They were quick, efficient and our doors have never run better.

Garage door was stuck. Called on a Sunday morning, gave me an appointment for that afternoon, which was great. They called an hour later, saying they would have a technician out to us within the hour! Technician showed up, replaced the 2 springs and we were good to go. Perfect! Highly recommend!
