We would not recommend this company for repairs. We had a repairmen come out to fix our garage and he told us it needed to be replaced and we got a couple quotes. He then proceeded to tighten some things on the garage door and charged us $99 for something we didn’t ask him to do on a door that needed to be replaced anyway. There was a lack of communication and we were left $99 out of pocket at the end and our garage door was not repaired.

Precision Garage Doors is the best! When I called, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Tom arrived exactly on schedule and quickly, efficiently re-programmed 1 new and my 2 existing door openers plus the wall mounted box. James Rubesne did not an outstanding job in replacing both torsion springs and getting our garage door open for us. He also made sound technical arguments in convincing us to replace the main bearing located between the 2 torsion springs, as well as replacing the door rollers in the roller tracks, several of which were severely degraded due to their age and normal wear and tear. Although getting the entire door replaced (including the door panels and 2 outer rod bearings) was not a viable financial option for us at this point in time due to other recent house expenses we've had to make, James helped us in the end make a smart financial decision to just replace only the components that would keep the door serviceable for us over the next couple of years until we can better plan on an entire door replacement. But to be certain, we will be calling Precision Door Service in the distant future for our garage door replacement when our financial situation allows for this higher expense.
