Donovan and Mark were amazing. They arrived early for my service with bright smiling faces. They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results! We would definitely recommend Precision in the future. Thank you so very much Donovan and Mark for being so professional, kind, amazing and for going over and beyond! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I am impressed with the service Precision Garage Door delivered, and I chose them because of all the great online reviews. The technician (Donovan) replaced a broken spring, and performed a much needed overhaul on my garage door components. He communicated everything our door needed and also debriefed us after the job was completed. I feel we now have a brand new door for many years to come. I do not want to leave the fact that everything was done within two hours after my initial call on a Sunday morning. All work comes with a 5 year warranty. More than a garage door repair, we experienced the Precision Garage Door product.

My garage door was frozen to the cement and I did not realize it. When I opened it the metal strip along the top bent the whole right side. I called Precision at about 8:30 A.M. and got an appointment for between 12:00 - 2:00 the same day. Tom was early and by 11:15 it was fixed. I am really pleased with the service and the price. I had an appointment set for a Monday, received a call the Sunday before by Will. He asked if I would like to get my garage door repair done a day earlier, which was a great surprise. An hour and a half later Donovan showed up to do the repair. Donovan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did the inspection , showed me options on the repair, and recommendations. replaced both torsion springs and replaced center bearing, all within an hour. Excellent job Donovan. I am glad I called Precision door service.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++

I backed into my garage door, then my husband tried his hand at fixing it...which only made it worse. The door wouldn't go down and we were leaving town the next day. I called at 9 am on a aturday morning, and Tom called to say he'd be there between 9:45 and 10! He got there just before 10 am and fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price was lots lower than I thought it would be. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.

I could have done the work myself, but I feel very comfortable with the repair, and due to a recent injury it was just better for me not to climb a ladder.
