We needed immediate help with our 20+ year old garage door. Precision sent a team out the next day. We have called upon them before and will do so if the need arises in the future. They fixed our problem, explained to us what we needed and why, answered our questions, and were friendly throughout. We are comfortable recommending them .

Great service at a very fair price. This is the second or third time I have used Precision, and they have done an excellent job every time. The technician was on time and very professional. This was a tricky install as it was primarily a storage unit. He was flexible and could "work around" some large items stored in the garage.

Precision replaced a garage door opener at my son’s home and he was very happy with it so decided to let them replace my 15 year old unit. The new one is so much more quiet, it can be opened with a phone, has a camera and can be set up for Amazon key for delivery’s. Pretty cool, thanks.

We had a fabulous experience with Precision Door Service. Our family in Lexington KY has used Precision Door Service for over 20 years and they came highly recommended, and for good reason! They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very clear about what needed to be done to fix our garage door. I had used Precision Door service previously and was very happy with the service so I knew this was the place to call when I wanted my garage door unit and remote key pad replaced. James let me know his expected arrival time and arrived on the dot. Upon arrival he did a safety inspection and pointed out a few things (cables, brackets) that should also be done at this time. His explantions of what he was going to do and what he did were excellent. Very happy with the install, James' professionalism and knowledge. Thank you.
