I was so impressed that I was able to make an online appointment this morning for this afternoon! They were even able to come earlier due to being in the neighborhood. On a day that is nearly one hundred degrees, Luke and his assistant worked very hard without complaint to diagnose our problem and quickly install what we needed to fix it. They were courteous and professional and did not try to pressure us into doing more than we needed. It was also really helpful that Luke was able to look back on his tablet at what we had done in 2024 because I did not remember!

Very responsive and professional business. Our garage door was repaired and fully operational less than 24 hours after it broke. Brandon came out early on a Saturday morning, quickly determined the problem and efficiently repaired it. He also surveyed the entire door for other possible maintenance needs. We agreed to replace the rollers and he was able to quickly replace those from the inventory in his vehicle. Very please with Precision and will contact again when the need arises.

I was very pleased to be able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday morning through the Chat and was able to get service on the following Monday morning. My garage door would not open. One of the springs that was inside a tube had broken. I replaced this setup with a stronger spring and had the rollers replaced with a sealed bearing type. The service was scheduled same day and arrived early. The service tech was very efficient and professional. Service was excellent!

The technician Tom tuned and lubed my garage door as well as replacing the rollers with new, much quieter nylon ones. He was friendly and professional. My friendly but noisy dog didn't even bark at him. Best of all, the work was done quickly. Tom gets 5 stars from me.

I found Precision Garage Door through Better Business Bureau directory to repair broken cables on a Saturday morning. To my surprise and delight they were able to send a technician (Tom Lathrop) on the same day. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and provided me with options. He was able to quickly replace all four pulleys as well as the cables. While he was there, I asked his opinion about the intermittent problems I had with the second garage door opener and the remote pad. He inspected it and showed me faulty circuit board as well as described my options ranging from replacing the circuit board to completely replacing the almost end-of-life opener. He completed the work in a timely manner in spite of the unplanned work on the second door. Tom is very experienced and well informed on all garage door issues and options. He was able to answer all my questions, gave me very professional advice and provided me with options. He never came across as a sales person as he also told me about DIY options. Tom is very professional, honest, and courteous and you can trust his advice. People like him are hard to find these days in most industries involving service. I will gladly recommend him and the Precision Garage Door on any garage door repair or installation.
