Precision did a major overhaul of the garage door about 3 years ago; today's visit was a maintenance visit. The door needed some screws/bolts tightened or replaced. All good. Zack the tech was great - it was he who did the overhaul and it was good to see the continuity of techs at Precision.

Had a door opener installed. It was quickly and professionally done. Equipment is very nice. Only one problem, door does not completely close. There is a gap of about one inch when closed. I can manually push the door down to eliminate the gap but I think the door should close completely.

When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service. Our technician ( Brian, I believe ) was very capable, and after looking over our old system, he ended up doing an overhaul rather than just replacing the broken spring. He was polite, and very knowledgable, and we are super happy with the end result.

After some work, it became apparent the old opener was shot and needed replacement. Brian came back quickly - on his day off! - to install the new opener. Precision Garage Door service is exceptional without qualifications. The service provider was Bobby who examined our garage door with its noisy chain and rollers. He described what to do for a better operation. Bobby's knowledge and ability to understand my questions and needs was what determined what I would do next. I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.
