We had a fabulous experience with Precision Door Service. Our family in Lexington KY has used Precision Door Service for over 20 years and they came highly recommended, and for good reason! I was very happy with the prompt and courteous service provided. The only thing I am disappointed with is that I have an invoice showing that I had previously paid for a service (albeit in 2001) which guaranteed many parts for life. However, none of the parts replaced on today's visit were considered. I'm guessing the technician wasn't familiar with such a warranty or Precision doesn't honor the agreement any longer.

We had a sagging chain on our 16 year old garage door opener. We chose Precision Garage Door because of their online reviews and longevity of their business. The technician Zac was polite, friendly and informative. He explained the problem and went over our options. We chose to have him replace the opener and belt drive. In short, I would call Zac the guru of garage doors! He diagnosed my problems (note problems plural) very quickly - the door and hardware is over 20 years old. And I was surprised he could repair my door on the spot. It took him less than 2 hours and all is working well. I highly recommend Zac and Precision.

Tom was our technician, and he was great. He looked at the garage door and had several suggestions to make sure our repair was complete. We discussed the reason, parts, and price for his suggestions, and I agreed with his recommendation. The repairs were completed quickly, and he went over the work completed after he was done. Donovan is truly awesome. I contacted your company to have a garage door tune-up done and purchase an additional remote. After he completed the tune-up and we did the math & determined that with the daily use it is getting with two cars in and out (no...not the"burger chain") on a daily basis that we were past the typical life of the two springs. Without pressuring me in the slightest about replacing them, and describing how if the chains broke you could have one or both cars stuck inside the garage and not be able to get to work, I asked him if he wouldn't mind installing them even though it was about 6:00 PM on a SATURDAY night and he agreed without hesitation. He completed the job and went off his merry way to a dinner I hope he was not late for. If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would. He is an awesome employee and Precision is lucky to have him. If we ever need garage service in the future I will be asking for him specifically.!!! RJ

Two things: First, I called Precision around 9:00 am with a broken chain on my garage door, and someone from Precision was at my house by 10:30 am the same morning. Second, Zac, the Precision technician, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work within a couple of hours. The final amount of work was more extensive and the price tag more expensive than I had initially expected, but I feel confident the new system will provide years of trouble-free service.

Zach and Precision did a major fix in October, about 3 months ago. Today I woke up to find my garage door open, tilted and not working...I think my 16 year old had something to do with that. Anyway Ben the owner called personally told me this shouldn't wait, moved up my appointment and about an hour later Zack was here, made the repair, and as it was within the warranty period, I was not charged. Gotta love that kind of customer service that is so rare these days!
