I needed to connect a new car opener and did not have the old remote controls to do it with. Gentleman that came out I think his name was Nick, but I’m not real sure he was awesome. He is very polite, friendly and fixed our spring that had broken and told my husband and I about some other things that could go later on and told us that certain parts were good like the motor and the door. Mr.Rubesne was in short fabulous! In addition to the problem with our in-house switches, which was the primary reason for calling Precision, I asked him to look over the entire to garage door system to find things that are worn, about to go bad, etc. he found a number of things that look like they should cause problems in the not-too-distant future and I suggested we repair all of them. His itemized listing of the parts that were necessary and the things that were done is testimony to the thorough nature of his approach. We cannot be happier. Of course we have had successful interactions with Precision Garage Door Service in the past with minor problems all of which were easily handled at little or no cost – it was for that reason that I fully trusted for him to repair anything that looked like it might become a problem in the not-too-distant future. I'm a computer challenged 80 yr old, got my first smart phone a couple months ago. I docked you several stars for the following reasons: 1) Your people installed an opener that's a little too technical for me. It has a camera, but since they couldn't get the app to work on my phone it does me no good. 2) The opener doesn't work with my cars' (2005 Highlander, 2008 Lexus) installed garage door opener. It would have been nice if your people had explained the pros and cons of the opener that they're installing beforehand and consider the technical expertise of the client. Otherwise, they did a very nice job.

I originally scheduled my appointment on Wednesday and due to unforeseen circumstances had to reschedule for Thursday. I contacted Bill and he was more than happy to accommodate me for an early morning on Thursday. The technician showed up and within a half hour my garage door was working. Bill Nashwinter from precision responded in less than 24 yours, fixed the problem and "tuned up" the mechanisms. Bill, like everyone from Precision, was personable, extremely professional, and efficient. The service provided couldn't have been better and the cost was fair. Precision has also maintained an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau over the years, which provides some peace of mind when deciding who we want to work on our home.
