I had just settled down for a long winters nap - when out in my garage there arose such a clatter, the spring on the door had snapped like the mad hatter. Precision was called and then in the morning appearing lively and quick James Rubesne, almost St Nick. He queried and checked and as dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly addressed all my issues with a twinkle in his eye. Now no one likes these kinds of issues let alone around the holidays but James was perhaps one of the best service technicians I have had in my home in a long time. He should get a handsome bonus this year for his knowledge, courtesy, and willingness to accommodate the little extras (that no one does anymore). So yes we will call Precision garage door service again and can only hope that James Rubesne will be our technician. He is a class act and a true professional.

Repeat customer of Precision as they replaced our garage door 2 years ago. With such great service, I reached out to them to replace our garage door opener that stopped working. I called on Monday and made appointment for the next day. Zac, my service consultant, quickly identified the issue and made the recommendation on what new opener unit I would need. Zac had the opener and the other required hardware to remove the old unit and install the new one in a very short amount of time. Zac was completely professional and very friendly and very efficient in getting the work done. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Responsive, honest and fair prices. In today's world, this is hard to come by. You can sometimes get one, possibly two, of these with other service providers, but Precision hits this trifecta every time I've used them. Zach was just out diagnosing a problem and fixed it within the one-hour service call timeframe. No upselling, no trying to "find" other problems. Just honest business done the right way. Much appreciated.

Excellent communication from scheduling to the technician who service my system. I appreciate the flexibility in availability for appointments. Technician who arrived was professional and quickly got to work reprogramming my remotes, providing replacements, and servicing my doors components. The price for services was a couple hundred dollars which may be out of reach of many- and although we could have done this ourselves it would have taken us far longer and we had lots of matters we were addressing re security a property. We appreciate that even for the expense the transaction was smooth and in the end worth it to save us some time and energy.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. They have always been prompt, professional & courteous. A recent Emergency where we were stuck/trapped in our Garage due to a broken Spring prompted our immediate call to them. They were so understanding & sympathetic to our having to leave in a few hours to pick up our Grandchildren that they sent someone out to first get us out of the Garage & then the Technician showed up about a half hour later & had the Door repaired in less than 30 mins. He was so quick, professional & checked out all the other parts to the Garage Door as well while here. We are so pleased with their response time & attention to detail while here. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy.
