Repeat customer of Precision as they replaced our garage door 2 years ago. With such great service, I reached out to them to replace our garage door opener that stopped working. I called on Monday and made appointment for the next day. Zac, my service consultant, quickly identified the issue and made the recommendation on what new opener unit I would need. Zac had the opener and the other required hardware to remove the old unit and install the new one in a very short amount of time. Zac was completely professional and very friendly and very efficient in getting the work done. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Responsive, honest and fair prices. In today's world, this is hard to come by. You can sometimes get one, possibly two, of these with other service providers, but Precision hits this trifecta every time I've used them. Zach was just out diagnosing a problem and fixed it within the one-hour service call timeframe. No upselling, no trying to "find" other problems. Just honest business done the right way. Ken, We appreciate you taking the time to give us a review, even if you were not a satisfied customer. We may not be the least expensive company out there we certainty are not the most expensive. Our technician takes the time to evaluate your door and opener with a 25 pt safety inspection. You have a double sized door with 2 torsion springs with one being broken. Springs should be replaced in pairs, at the same time, as the life spans will closely mimic each other. If you are being told otherwise, then you've been given bad information. You may get another 6 months or so from the spring that is not broken but you more than likely will only get 6-8 weeks. You were given 3-4 options for repair and decided to use a different company and hopefully they are giving you good information. Perhaps Precision Garage Door is not the right company for you...we just want you to be taken care of properly and treated fairly. Best regards, Bill - Manager

I booked over the weekend and they were ready in Monday afternoon, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. Then quickly got me on the schedule the next morning and within 45 mins had a new motor installed and I was taken through the process of setting it hp and how it works. We will need some additional repairs that will need to be scheduled, but he gave us peace of mind to have an operational garage door for the time-being. Could this be the same service I used 3 years ago when I moved into my home? My experience today was disappointing to say the least. The technician was rude when I acted surprised at how much expensive his recommended 'options' were when I explained they were too expensive for me to consider. I paid the $99 trip charge and He left in a huff. Didn't say thank you. My door still has the same problem, I'm less $99 and didn't appreciate the poor customer service. To say the technician was a rude, know it all would be an understatement.

I’ve never met a more professional crew. Zack was here within hours of requesting them. He returned the next day when he said he would. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed — very honest. Both men were Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time we’ve used this company, and will continue to do so. They repaired some parts and provided a new remote and keypad remote. I have used Precision Door service for several years. Their response is always quick, even on weekends or holidays when garage door springs always seem to break. We have been lucky to have Zac, the technician, respond each time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The last time I called, it was because the garage door would not go down. Zac arrived the next day and immediately saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. As a previous customer there was no charge for the simple fix that he performed. They will always have our business. The next garage door will be from Precision Door Service.

Our garage door spring broke early in the morning. We contacted Precision Door Service and within a couple hours Zac arrived to evaluate the necessary door repair. Zac provided a thorough evaluation, explained his recommendations and provided additional details on future preventive maintenance. Zac was extremely professional, knowledgable and efficient during the visit. His outstanding job replacing both springs, pulley/bearings and lift cables within approximately one hour got us up and running. Precision did a major overhaul of the garage door about 3 years ago; today's visit was a maintenance visit. The door needed some screws/bolts tightened or replaced. All good. Zack the tech was great - it was he who did the overhaul and it was good to see the continuity of techs at Precision.
