Precision did a major overhaul of the garage door about 3 years ago; today's visit was a maintenance visit. The door needed some screws/bolts tightened or replaced. All good. Zack the tech was great - it was he who did the overhaul and it was good to see the continuity of techs at Precision.

Repeat customer of Precision as they replaced our garage door 2 years ago. With such great service, I reached out to them to replace our garage door opener that stopped working. I called on Monday and made appointment for the next day. Zac, my service consultant, quickly identified the issue and made the recommendation on what new opener unit I would need. Zac had the opener and the other required hardware to remove the old unit and install the new one in a very short amount of time. I booked over the weekend and they were ready in Monday afternoon, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. Then quickly got me on the schedule the next morning and within 45 mins had a new motor installed and I was taken through the process of setting it hp and how it works.
