Zac Bedard was the technician who did the service. He arrived within the time window specified. Zac diagnosed the door opener as unable to remember the remotes anymore. He was upfront about how he could not fix my garage door opener on his first visit and what the options were for replacing our door opener. He did offer to come back later if he could which is rare to be offered. Instead, he came back the next day and did a complete inspection of the door, rails and cables as well as installed the new door opener. He showed us the highlights of the new opener and cleaned up so well it was as if he had not ever been here. Zac is friendly and knowledgeable and I would call for him again.

The spring on my door broke and they got a tech out within 2 days to make the repair. He showed up on time and fixed the entire door within the designated time. The door is smooth and quite now. This is the second time (different door) we have had Precision Garage Door out to do repairs for us and they are amazing.

Brian fixed our garage door spring in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that he called in advance with an ETA and arrived even earlier than originally requested (which was great because our only car was held hostage by the garage door that would not open). Brian explained the issue throughly and I immediately felt comfortable with the solution. He also recommended some additional repairs that didn't need immediate resolution - helpful to know! On top of that, Brian was a super friendly and interesting person... Fellow metal fan! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will plan on calling them in the future!

The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work from Precision. The technician James was so kind and explained everything to me prior to starting the work. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs too! He even helped me move back a very heavy table on wheels that we had already moved out of the way...and not only that he programmed the garage door opener in my car that had not been working either! Top notch! While noone wants their garage door to break and unfortunately mine did after hours on a Thurs night leaving me no choice but to cut the cables to secure my garage and house, I now know who to call if something like this happens again!

Josh came out and did a fantastic job! Communication is what i look for in a company, and it was good. The only hiccup I had was I needed service on Sunday and Josh said he was the only guy working. He had to cover all the jobs himself so ran about an hour and half over the time window that was given. No big deal to me. I'd recommend Precision. Thank you for the great service!

Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. Zac Bedard installed a new garage door opener system. It now works like it should. Zac was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Job well done, Zac. Garrett was efficient, professional and very thorough in accomplishing the service needed. The door was racked. He corrected that quickly and proceeded with adjustments to ensure the door was properly aligned. The charge was very reasonable. I will certainly call Precision again if the need arrises.

It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.
