I can't recommend Precision Garage Door enough! They have been maintaining my garage door for years. They replaced my old door a few years ago, and today they came out to do a quick fix when it wasn't working. They fixed it in no time, and the service was quick, fair, helpful, and completely free of charge. Fantastic, honest customer service!

Precision had done a great job of promptly replacing the broken spring in our garage door about 5 years ago, so when the door refused to shut I knew who to call. They responded within 2 hours or less, fixed the problem for a very reasonable rate and gave me prices on some other maintenance areas for future reference. The door and opener is about 15 years old.l They are great and, of course, I would call them again when needed or for maintenance.

Our garage door spring broke early in the morning. We contacted Precision Door Service and within a couple hours Zac arrived to evaluate the necessary door repair. Zac provided a thorough evaluation, explained his recommendations and provided additional details on future preventive maintenance. His outstanding job replacing both springs, pulley/bearings and lift cables within approximately one hour got us up and running. Our double garage door was wedged in the opening and would not move up or down. It looked like an expensive total garage door replacement. Brian from Precision Door Service came to our rescue. He got the garage door closed, assessed the problem and offered some recommended courses of action. I chose to replace the drums/cables and rollers. I called Precision Garage Door company because they advertise on their website that they install their lifetime warranted garage door springs. When their employees arrived, they said if I wanted those springs, I would have to have new garage doors and garage door openers installed. Their employees are 5 Star rated employees. They had to install lesser rated springs. At first only warranted for 3 years, then were able to give a 5-year warrantee after talking to the owner. Our garage doors are only 5 years old, and our garage door openers are only 6 months old. Their employees are not responsible for the company's website advertisement.

This is five star service. A garage door spring broke again and on the same side. I decided to call Precision this time and they got me on the schedule immediately. In fact, they where even able to arrive sooner than promised. James arrived and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. I gave him the approval to proceed with the recommended work. I watched him do the whole job and I don't believe he made a single movement without a specific purpose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a handicapped senior and consequently am now able to repair this kind of situation myself. I would use Precision again and may even ask that James comes to do the work.

Recommended. Called them at 9am Saturday morning. Technician (Bobby) arrived by 1:30pm same day. He inspected the door and gave me a short run down. A few upsell options were presented, but not pushy in any way. I felt more educated than anything. The repair was made and he was gone in under an hour. Easy, professional and efficient.

This is the second time I have used Precision. I called them again because of their service. Bill was the tech that came out yesterday. When he found he was running behind, he called me to let me know… always appreciated. I got a new garage door pad and he was very patient with me as he taught me how to change the code and the differences in my new key pad. While he was here, he serviced my garage door and explained why he was doing what he was. He didn’t act like he was rushing or in a hurry to leave, he was going home from here.
