Nick was extremely courteous and professional during the entire two hours he spent on the inspection and repair of my garage door. After his initial assessment of my door and it's working parts, he gave me a complete explanation of how all the parts work together and how after 35 years, each part had shown significant wear and tear. It was clear after his explanation that I needed to replace not just the broken spring, but also the rollers, cables, end bearings, and drums to guarantee the smooth operation of my door for 5 years (and hopefully much longer!). Besides being very patient with all my questions, Nick did this on Sunday morning as one of his normal work days. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Nick in particular, for any repair work on your garage door.

Called the evening before when the cable lifting the garage snapped. They came out the next day and got everything fixed. Zac was professional and did an excellent job.! Doors work great and run much quieter. Used Precision on our last place and will be using them again when something old breaks.

My warranty of five years was four months expired. But Bill saw the problems I was having and fixed them. I was concerned that due to the fact of the expired warranty they would not handle the situation which was going on for years unbeknownst to me. The technicians were super nice. They took a quick inventory of the problem and fixed it quickly, completely and did a great job. They had to fix a cable, install new metal tracks and realign the lights at the bottom so the door will close.

PDS sent a technician out in under 24 hours, James was efficient & personable, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, had the parts on hand and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.

We had our garage door opener installed by precision door service, several years ago. On Saturday the bracket that connect the opener to the garage door, broke. We called precision and they came out the next day, which was a Sunday. There was no additional charge for a Sunday service call and our technician (bobby)was cheerful, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He replaced the bracket and was done in a very short time. We felt the price was reasonable for what was done and the new bracket is much more heavy duty than the original one. We will definately use precision door service anytime we need repairs or replacement of a garage door in the future.
