We will be using Precision Door Service again! We had trouble with our garage doors absorbing water when it rains. Another garage door service company said the only way to fix it was to install new doors also at an exorbitant price. After calling Precision, Tom looked at our doors and came up with a solution to the problem that will give our doors a much longer life at a fraction of the cost to replace them. We very much appreciate Tom’s creative and honest approach, how he communicated with us and quickly made the repair, and all for such a reasonable cost. Thanks again, Tom for fixing our doors!

I'm busy at work during the day which makes it hard to call to book an appointment. I was able to call at 8:00 pm to book the appointment and actually talked with a real human, who was kind and accommodating, and made me an appointment for the next day. The service-person was professional, thorough, and didn't pressure us into any unnecessary work, but rather he clearly laid out our options and went through the pros and cons of each. He even gave us suggestions on potentially getting the project covered through insurance. It was exactly what we were looking for, and he even got our garage door temporarily working until we figure out how to approch the necessary repairs.

Precision replaced by garage door opener a year or so ago. It was during COVID and they were able to get what I wanted when backorders were common. I don't recall now how I selected them but I'm speculating it had to do with their reviews because I do a good job researching before I hire. I had them back out because my opener was clicking and not the whisper quiet I was used to. It was a minor adjustment and they covered it under the warranty. I've had a great experience with the service they provide. Thanks Tom and Precision.

With a loud “snap” at seven in the morning, we discovered our overhead garage door would not open and our cars were trapped inside on a Saturday. We called Precision and got a hold of a live person on the second ring. After providing information, we received a call from the technician Don should said he was on his way. Don diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, then serviced the door in less than 45 minutes. The entire process was very smooth and professional, and the total cost was amazingly reasonable. Tom was great. We had two cars trapped in the garage so Tom came out the same day we called. The main things that needed to be replaced were the springs and the cables. Tom did a complete overhaul and got us working again in no time. It's so nice when you get an experienced technician.

One of the hinges was broken so I called Precision to schedule service. Not only was the repair tech, Tom Lathrop able to come out the same day, he arrived early as per his phone call to alert me. Upon inspection, he gave me an estimate, fixed the hinge, replaced fraying cables and was done in no time. I will recommend this company to neighbors and will use them again if needed.
