Precision had done a good job before so I made them the first call when the springs gave up the ghost on my garage door. They had a technician at my house within hours, not days -- within the 2 hr window they gave me and the technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving. The necessary repairs were explained and reviewed with me before any work began. The cost seemed reasonable and when the service and responsiveness is this good you don't fret over the cost as much.

What I appreciate about these guys is that I was able to schedule the service call online while I was at work, and they were at my home the next morning before I had to leave for work, and the service technician fixed my problem, told me how to prevent the problem in future, and charged me the low price of the service call.
