Brian was able to determine the appropriate service repair based on the popping noises heard while opening the garage door. He also checked the spring force against weight of the door. He suggested and I accepted a new set of springs. My door is quiet again!

We appreciate you coming out quickly. We don't feel there should've been any charge for this as the unit, part nd installation is not that old and was purchased from you. Promo, professional and courteous service within hours of my call. There’s a reason their sticker is in my garage! My HOA chose the cheapest most flimsy doors for our townhome complex. Precision has practically rebuilt it over the years with quality lasting parts. I don’t trust anyone else!

Precision replaced a garage door opener at my son’s home and he was very happy with it so decided to let them replace my 15 year old unit. The new one is so much more quiet, it can be opened with a phone, has a camera and can be set up for Amazon key for delivery’s. Pretty cool, thanks.
