I was so impressed that I was able to make an online appointment this morning for this afternoon! They were even able to come earlier due to being in the neighborhood. On a day that is nearly one hundred degrees, Luke and his assistant worked very hard without complaint to diagnose our problem and quickly install what we needed to fix it. They were courteous and professional and did not try to pressure us into doing more than we needed. It was also really helpful that Luke was able to look back on his tablet at what we had done in 2024 because I did not remember!

Two Technicians were sent out to analyze the problem I was having. They went over both openers and with photos showed me what is causing the problems. Weak springs , loose cables and a cracked sprocket. They were very professional and informative. I highly recommend Precision Door.

The Precision garage door technician was sent out quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on his truck to make the repairs on the spot. The technician was competent and friendly and I could tell he was totally involved in his job by the way he used his tools, care and safety concerns. In about 90 minutes we had new springs, new cables, new rollers and the hinges were checked and tightened. The estimate was clearly explained an all questions answered.

We found Precision Garage Door by searching the Internet. The tech was courteous and professional. He fixed the problem in a short period of time. The only downside was that the repair was quite expensive.

Luke took care of both garage doors by replacing the rollers and cables and the doors are much quieter now. He also reset the entry keypad. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

Technician arrived promptly. Walked into garage seen spring and already started assuming what it would take to repair springs, calculating everything that needed to be replaced without even inspecting. Upon inspection yes did find little things that need repaired but technician was already adding up total repair estimate dollars, I appreciate the concern and knowledge, but just wanted estimate for spring replacement, not total door replacement cost(repair). Had to flat out tell technician just estimate spring replacement please. Not pleased with appearance and hygiene either.

We are very happy with our first experience with technician, Luke Wilson. He was very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain the problems (there were many). His work was complete in 2 hours. We were thinking it would take much longer. And the outside temperature was frigid so we were anxious to have the repairs done in order to close the garage door.

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for probably over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Their service has consistently been prompt, courteous, professional, and at a very reasonable price. Our most recent experience involved repairing a damaged bottom corner of the garage door and replacing the steel cables. Our garage door is now 25 years old but our repairman, Lucas, was able to repair the corner and the door works just fine! In addition, this service request was actually placed on Christmas Day and Lucas was able to come out and do the repair the next day - greatly appreciated!

The service techs were great. Very friendly. However, I told them we only need a basic garage door opener. They said they now all come with all the bells and whistles. I doubt that is the case. So now we have an opener with battery back-up and a camera at a very high price.
