My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He communicated exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them and how much it would cost. He got right to work and finished it much sooner than I expected (1.5 hours). It works great now! Great guy, good business to work with!

Very impressed. We called and got same day service. Jessie did a phenomenal job. He called ahead to say his previous job was running long. Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. Would absolutely use precision again in the future.

The worst thing is for your garage door to break on a holiday weekend! Or so you would think! However, Mark, the Precision Tech, arrived at our house in about 2 hours. We had a graduation party to attend and groceries to purchase. We were able to get those things done. Mark was very personable and also very efficient. Rapid response to garage door that would not open with cars trapped in the garage! The technician replaced a broken spring and tuned up and lubricated the entire door and it has never operated so quietly!
