Marc was great. He told upfront what was needed for repairs in terms of the actual repairs and the cost. While there was some sticker shock. This was the first repair on our garage door ever. Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He communicated exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them and how much it would cost. He got right to work and finished it much sooner than I expected (1.5 hours). It works great now! Very impressed. We called and got same day service. Jessie did a phenomenal job. He called ahead to say his previous job was running long. Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. The worst thing is for your garage door to break on a holiday weekend! Or so you would think! However, Mark, the Precision Tech, arrived at our house in about 2 hours.
