Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. Very impressed. We called and got same day service. Jessie did a phenomenal job. He called ahead to say his previous job was running long. Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. Would absolutely use precision again in the future.
