Lucas showed up and assessed the issue and then called Lift Master support where the lady verified what the problem was. She ordered the part and also was able to find a discount for the part. Lucas and Lift Master support did what they could to save dollars on the repair. I was very impressed with the honesty of Lucas and you most likely gained a customer for life! I don’t see the option below but I purchased a circuit board for the opener.

Called another company on Sunday, they said that I would be contacted on Monday morning to schedule a time. Called them again at 9am on Monday and was told the same thing. I called Precision at 11am after not being contacted by other company. I was scheduled for 4pm the same day. Tech contacted me and was able to arrive at 2:30. The job was completed by 3:30 and everything is working fine. I did finally hear from the other company after 4pm. To let them know they missed out.

My car was trapped in the garage by a broken garage door spring. Called Precision and Donovan was out the next morning (Saturday). He was professional and friendly (and patient). He explained what needed to be done, did a thorough inspection, replaced what needed to be replaced and got the door in great working condition. Would recommend Precision (and Donovan) to everyone.

Precision is the best, I had a torsion spring break on late Sunday afternoon, got an appointment for Monday between 4 and 6 pm. I got home from work at 3:15 and they were waiting for me. Tom is the one who did the work, this guy is on top of garage doors. He is polite, fast, and knows his job like the back of his hand. This company rocks, great job.

Excellent service. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning and Precision had a tech out at 2:00 p.m. the same day, with all the parts needed for a complete job. Don, our service tech, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and immediately proceeded to install our new opener.
