The service techs were great. Very friendly. However, I told them we only need a basic garage door opener. They said they now all come with all the bells and whistles. I doubt that is the case. So now we have an opener with battery back-up and a camera at a very high price.

Luke was very friendly. even though I called to have someone come out and measure for a new garage door to replace the damaged one. Luke said he could fix the problem by replacing the tracks and a lower cross brace which would straighten out the bottom panel. It works great, you can't tell from the outside and other than a few wrinkles to the metal inside...it's not that noticeable. Thanks Luke for saving us thousands of dollars!!!!

Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and the availability of Ben, even though it was a Saturday, was unexpected. Our 20+ year old opener was on it's last legs and Ben was quick to discover the problem. Timely installation of a new system which he had in his truck saved the day.
