My garage door has been steadily declining over the last few months, and this morning is when it finally decided to throw the towel in. I reached out to Precision and the door was completely fixed about 6-hours after going out. Our garage door would not open and I contacted Precision Garage Door due to the easy to navigate web site and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Marc Hudson arrived when promised and quickly addressed the problem and fixed the reversing sensor wires. Marc was very professional and friendly. I will be happy to use this company again and Marc in particular, Great Service!!

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.

Last night, my garage door spring broke at 7:45 PM. I called Precision15 minutes prior to their office closing and had an appointment set-up for 8:00 AM this morning. From start to finish, this was a world-class experience! Exceeded my expectations! Zac was extremely knowldgeable, professional, and efficient! Had my garage door back to full working order within an hour! He provided me with a short-term repair estimate, a more comprehensive "stable & safe" solution, and lastly, a more intensive long-term solution, with pricing. We discussed the pros and cons of each solution and I made my decision. Completely satisfied. Will use them again if the need ever arises. Thank you Zac, and thank you Precision!

They were able to get me scheduled the same day and had someone to my house mid-morning. Mark was the tech. Super nice, knowledgeable man. Very personable…they are lucky to have him as an employee.

Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... AI is not working.. Hope to hear from you on Monday. Paul O.

Marc Hudson was my service technician The response time was amazing! Even Though I missed my initial appointment, they called me back and set up another appointment, and the response time was great once again. The performed a much needed overhaul of my garage door with 5 year warranty on all the parts that they installed, and they also replaced my garage door safety sensor at no additional cost. I definitely recommend precision Garage Door Service.

I went with Precision because of seeing the TV ads and seen trucks in my neighborhood. Zac B came over to help with my broken door spring. He reviewed my situation and we both agreed the $$ better spent on a whole door replace. The following day Zac arrived and got to work. He got it all done within a few hours work, and no issues. The new door runs great and glad not to have my Frankenstein 20yr old garage door!

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.
