The team at Precision Door Service installed a new opener and fittings last year. They did a great job and we had a wonderful tech. I called this year to ensure that the new fittings were calibrated. They sent over a tech right away, and they adjusted my door as part of their warranty service. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and how they honored their warranty services. We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. They have always been prompt, professional & courteous. A recent Emergency where we were stuck/trapped in our Garage due to a broken Spring prompted our immediate call to them. They were so understanding & sympathetic to our having to leave in a few hours to pick up our Grandchildren that they sent someone out to first get us out of the Garage & then the Technician showed up about a half hour later & had the Door repaired in less than 30 mins. He was so quick, professional & checked out all the other parts to the Garage Door as well while here. We are so pleased with their response time & attention to detail while here. Precision Door is our FIRST call for repair or maintenance. Thank you to Bill & Ryan! We made our pickups on time!!!
