Robert, our technician, was professional and courteous. He explained our garage door repair needs clearly before doing the work, and was in and out in good time. We knew our door was not properly installed in the beginning, by a different company, and just wanted to "buy some time" before being forced to purchase a new door. We will be contacting Precision again in the near future for that new door installation.

I had a garage door mishap a few weeks ago and ended up not being able to shut my garage. I called Precision and was told a technician could come the next morning between 8a and 10a. Rick arrived at 7:45a and was nothing less than precise. He knew exactly what needed to be done, worked quickly and efficiently, and all the while explaining everything to me. The service technician was great. He showed me how to take lubricate the door. He showed me how to install a bumper when I buy one later. He changed the burnt out lightbulbs. I am giving 4 stars because the scheduler was rude.

After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result

Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. Tom was timely, and service was completed much quicker than I expected. New rollers and tune-up at a incredibly great price with my local Amazon coupon. Tom was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Will most definitely use them again if needed.

I could not be happier with the service from Precision, and Tom, especially. About a year and a half ago I called to have my garage door that was sticking, repaired. Tom came out same day and replaced, adjusted, serviced all moving parts and got it going smoothly. He has since come out within hours of a call to adjust and keep (what might not be the best) door, (originally installed by someone else), operating well. I recommend Precision and Tom with complete confidence.

Recently had the third opportunity to use Precision. Prompt service and totally honored the lifetime warranty for springs which I purchased on the first visit, along with super quiet rollers and such. That warranty is about a good of a deal as it gets if you plan on living in your house for 10 years or more. Springs break, all the time and it is not something a homeowner can do themselves. They get a big thumbs up from me.

I chose Precision garage door because of an offer through Amazon. I was very pleased with the service until the door stuck and would not go up or down. I called Percision and the very next day a technicion was there to fix the problem. I think it was Robert who came to fix the door. I wish to commend Robert very highly. He rearanged the cables, adjusted other things, lubed the screw etc, and now my door works like a charm. He did a very good job.

This is not my first time using Precision, though there have been many years between calls! All I can say is Wow, and thank you! I called before 8 AM this morning when my garage door would not open. They had someone here by around 10 AM and the problem resolved within 1/2 hour. Fast, professional, efficient AND reasonable. How can you beat that? You are tops in my book!

The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
