After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result

Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. Recently had the third opportunity to use Precision. Prompt service and totally honored the lifetime warranty for springs which I purchased on the first visit, along with super quiet rollers and such. That warranty is about a good of a deal as it gets if you plan on living in your house for 10 years or more. Springs break, all the time and it is not something a homeowner can do themselves. They get a big thumbs up from me.

I could not be happier with the service from Precision, and Tom, especially. About a year and a half ago I called to have my garage door that was sticking, repaired. Tom came out same day and replaced, adjusted, serviced all moving parts and got it going smoothly. He has since come out within hours of a call to adjust and keep (what might not be the best) door, (originally installed by someone else), operating well. I recommend Precision and Tom with complete confidence.

I chose Precision garage door because of an offer through Amazon. I was very pleased with the service until the door stuck and would not go up or down. I called Percision and the very next day a technicion was there to fix the problem. I think it was Robert who came to fix the door. I wish to commend Robert very highly. He rearanged the cables, adjusted other things, lubed the screw etc, and now my door works like a charm. He did a very good job.

This is not my first time using Precision, though there have been many years between calls! All I can say is Wow, and thank you! I called before 8 AM this morning when my garage door would not open. The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Truly excellent service. I'd googled for 'lubricate garage door' to find where to oil my incredibly noisy garage door, and was happily following the instructions in Precision garage door's video (one of the first results), when I noticed that one of the 2 springs for the door was clearly broken, and the cause of the noise, struggling opener and erratic operation. After a few minutes restrained cursing, I accepted that I was going to need to get it sorted, and as soon as possible, before the other one failed. I lubricated the remaining spring anyway. After a look around the area for garage door repair, I realized that Precision Garage door covered Parker, so gave them a call, figuring I'd book something for Monday, this being Saturday afternoon. They answered promptly, gave me a time window for the next available technician, who called when he was 20 minutes away. All the usual - except Jacob was fixing the door inside an hour and a half of me calling. You really can't beat that service. Jacob answered my questions regarding the door (including one regarding a lock that I couldn't understand - it was fitted but disabled, hence my confusion, and replacement parts for the opener), while replacing the springs and getting a fine coating of lithium grease spray from the remaining spring I'd lubricated, while remaining cheerful and courteous. Sorry, Jacob. Anyhow, all up and running again, including testing and inspection of everything else, inside 30 minutes. Perfect, thank you!
