Just back from a trip; it was a Saturday. Found garage door spring broken. This was a warranty situation. Called and was immediately given the time a technician would be out. Tech assigned was in Aurora, so I was assigned one of the managers who was at my house literally within minutes of my call. The service received was very professional and way more than I expected. I would recommend your company without hesitation.

Bill Nashwinter was the service man that took care of my garage door and he was very knowledgeable about my door and explained what he was going to do and then DID IT! He also checked and tightened some loose hardware and also the Opener itself and explained to me that eventually the Opener will have to be replaced but not just now. I appreciated his thorough inspection and explanations and know that my door is trustworthy. Many thanks to him for taking care of my door.

The service technician was great. He showed me how to take lubricate the door. He showed me how to install a bumper when I buy one later. He changed the burnt out lightbulbs. I am giving 4 stars because the scheduler was rude.

After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result

Having same-day service was a big priority! I had a great experience with Robert. He came out just to repair springs, but we ended up getting an an overhaul. Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. Tom was timely, and service was completed much quicker than I expected. New rollers and tune-up at a incredibly great price with my local Amazon coupon. Tom was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Will most definitely use them again if needed.
