I am very impressed by this company! I had an awesome experience. My tech Jake was there within 2 hours of me calling. And I'm a person who likes to learn new things and jake didnt mind explaining to me the process of fixing a broken overhead spring. Not only did jake fix my problem, but went above and beyond with lubricating my garage door, fix the light fixture on the door motor and had set the garage door opener in my car! I will definitely call again!! Thank you so mûch!!

Precision is the best! The tech arrived on time, and did outstanding work. The Liftmaster is a tremendous product. A month earlier the same tech adjusted the opener and didn't charge for the service call, and said to give them a call when the opener failed - so I did!

My door was mis-aligned, sensors out, and went up and down on its own. I thought for sure I was going to need a new garage door opener installed. The technician came out readjusted the sensors, reprogramed the outside touch pad and set up an additional opener. then he adjusted the upper springs. My garage door has never run so quietly and smoothly, not even when I moved in and the house was new. Thank you very much.The technician was very nice and polite. He arrived early to begin his work.

Tom established very quickly what the problem was with our old garage door opener. Clearly explained the issue, what it would cost to replace the component and the pros and cons of parts replacement on such an old opener versus simply installing a new one. He did an excellent job installing the new opener, was efficient, cleaned up his work area and effectively explained the new components. Definitely recommend Tom and Precision.

Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge. Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min.
