Travis showed up between the agreed upon time of 10 AM - 12 PM. I needed a tuneup on my garage door opener. The rollers were no longer rolling, and the chain on the drive shaft was also experiencing issues. Travis explained to my wife and I our options. We decided to replace the rollers as well as the garage door opener. Travis completed the work in a timely manner, and was a professional in his interactions with my wife and I. The new garage door opener is quiet, and my family no longer worry that the garage door may not open when needed. Thank you Travis and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

My entire experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I came home from work to find that my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. After a quick online search I decided to call Precision. Their customer rep(sorry, I don't remember her name) was professional and very helpful with scheduling an appt the next morning. Travis, the technician, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issues and the options available to resolve the issues. It wasn't a pushy sales push. Bill arrived promptly as scheduled to repair a broken spring on a garage door that would not open. He quickly analyzed the needed repairs, made some suggestions (no pressure) on maintenance items and quickly replaced the necessary parts. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. First, Precision answered the phone... unlike many of the other companies who just send you to voicemail. Second, they came out the next day. They communicated well and were on time. They put in a nice, new door for less than the price quoted by my insurance adjuster, and they did it fast.

Bill was friendly and arrived one day earlier than I expected a service technician. It was a snow day and so we were home and he stopped on his way home because we were close to his residence. When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found Precision's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, Travis was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home. One of my springs broke, so I couldn't open or close the garage door. The Service Technician came at the scheduled time and replaced both springs as well as the center bearing. I was very happy with the service I received. He only replaced what needed replacement and was very quick and thorough. He explained in detail and showed me what needed to be done which gave me confidence that I wasn't be "up-sold." I definitely call Precision Door Service again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
