Fantastic service. Zac was amazing. He went thru a lot of work trying to salvage a failing opener - and I truly appreciated his efforts. In the end, we had to replace the opener (it was old) and Zac did it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful. Total satisfaction on my end.

Our double car garage door would not move up or down. I tried the manual method to move it but could not. So I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician out same day! Great service! Bobby came over the morning after Thanksgiving to replace the springs on one of my garage doors, and also installed a new opener for the other.
