Excellent service. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning and Precision had a tech out at 2:00 p.m. the same day, with all the parts needed for a complete job. Don, our service tech, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and immediately proceeded to install our new opener. Great service...for the second time! Super fast! Tom was here within two hours of calling, and fixed my garage quickly. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of price. It cost $700 for two springs and two bearings. Would be nice if you waived the service fee if the bill is over $500 or something. Just a thought. We are glad to have our garage working perfectly. Even though it can be pricey, I would still recommend Precision for sure, based on customer service, and how quickly you came out.

Zac was efficient, friendly, masked and promptly assessed our garage problem. Besides the obvious broken spring, he was able to show us where there was also additional wearing of the bearings and rollers. All was fixed in a very timely manner.

Tom did an excellent job. He very quickly identified the problem with my garage door. He ordered the parts in Denver, drove to Denver to collect the parts and was back at my house within an hour and 30 minutes. Once back he worked extremely efficiently, he obviously knew exactly what he was doing. The garage door was repaired and working within an hour. He also serviced the door and cleaned up. He was very polite and a pleasure to have working at our house. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Last Sunday the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and by the end of the day I had an appointment for a Monday repair. Tom arrived Monday as planned and promptly repaired my garage door. This may seem ordinary, but I am a high-risk individual who has been in stay-at-home mode for six weeks. Tom was fantastic. We have used Precision for a number of years both for our personal residence and some investment properties. They are quick to respond, even on the weekends, fairly priced and pleasant to work with! Recently we had an issue with a garage door that had been damaged by a car. We thought it would need to be replaced but tech was able to straighten it out, get it back on the track and service it. Works great and you can barely see where it was damaged
