They replaced all parts except the garage door itself. The serviceman did a fast and great job. He was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what it would cost from the beginning. Not only did the repairman repair my broken door, it now works and sounds better that it ever did when it was installed new 4 years ago. He quoted me a price prior to the work and was amenable to additional service on my other door. He was in and out in 30 minutes and did an exceptional job. I would recommend them without reservation. Simple process from same day scheduling to completion of the repair!

Repair man was was on time.He discovered on of the door sensor was not aligned correctly and he aligned it and he had to reset the door opener and the remote openers . He was very profesional and fast. I will call again if needed. Thank you.

Would have thought the service would have included programming the car remotes and that the second light in the overhead unit would have a bulb. Expensive for the return and competitively...had to haggle.

Would someone please contact me? I was grossly overcharged for repair of my garage door and want a manager to review the invoice with me. On top of being charged $900 + for spring and roller replacement, which after talking to another garage door company, should have only cost at most $300, my credit card was charged twice for that amount and I had to call to have the second charge removed.

Forgot the rear door of my car was still open and closed the garage door down on it, causing a cable to unravel and a top section to fall off the tracks. Called on a Sunday morning at 9:30am, was offered a timeframe between 12:00-2:00. James called at 12:30, and was to my house within 15 minutes. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, saw immediately what needed to be done. In addition, he went over and above to make a couple other adjustments which I didn’t even realize were needed....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for your reputable service!

Ben was very responsive and quickly returned our initial call to ask basic questions and to determine if we could fix the problem with our door opener over the phone. We could not. So Zac showed up early on his scheduled day and did a great job asking the right questions to evaluate our situation, diagnosing the problem, explaining our options and the pros/cons of each, then implementing the alternative we selected. Both gentlemen clearly knew their trade!

Tyler was our repairman. He called in advance, made arrangements to get started before I returned home, and explained the issues thoroughly as we went along. Repairs were made quickly and neatly, options were explained clearly with no pressure, and all was wrapped up a 2 hours. My appointment was between 10:00 and 12:00. Tom called me around 8:20 and said he could be at my house just before 9:00, which worked out better for my schedule. Today he installed a new sensor. He was also out last year to install a new Spring. He definitely knows what he is doing and does quality work! I won't go anywhere else for garage door repairs.
