I would HIGHLY recommend them. Phone customer service was excellent, very open with communication, upfront and honest. Got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of calling. The tech, Zack, called me to ask if I was available earlier, which was great! He showed up, broke down my price points for my severely broken garage door. Showed me the parts that were broken or wearing down so I knew they were not trying to skimp more money out of me around. Everything was very clear between customer and tech. Zack was quick and efficient with his work and finished up with an hour and half; was like my garage door wasn't even broken. Also given that this is being repaired during the Covid Pandemic, I would like to note, he wore his mask the entire time - 97° weather, in my closed garage - stayed respectful of entering and exiting my house to grab parts. I think he made 2 trips through my house and that was all. Overall, if I could give the breakdown of stars, I would give 5 to customer service, 4 to price (but still very fair!) but 5+ to my tech! Excellent job ????

Discovered my garage door tension spring was broken last night. Called Precision about 09:00 this morning, garage door was completely overhauled and functional by 12:30. The tech who performed the work, Zac Bedard was a true professional.

Great Job on the broken spring replacement! Adam was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and explained what he was doing. He checked out the system and suggested we replace the shaft bearing now. I am very happy he upsized our spring since the last one had been replaces about 10 years ago! I really like that Precision uses email and text to communicate so I was kept informed about the appointment, who would do the job, and job documentation. These folks will be my go-to professionals for anything garage door related. Thank you!

We have used Precision since we moved into the house 13 years ago. Service is excellent! We called yesterday at 3pm and a service tech was here shortly after 4. Turns out we needed a new opener and the tech installed it within an hour. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Service from Precision is awesome. Wouldn't change for anything.

We had a problem with older garage door not opening/closing well. Donovan arrived ahead of time, was knowledgeable, pleasant and made improvements on the door. Garage door wouldn't close completely at the top due to floor lifting caused by expansive soils. Tom stated that the upper door guides needed to be adjusted to fix this problem. He proceeded to do that and also tightened the chain and other bolts that were loose as part of a Service Inspection Fee. Was here for 1/2 hour and door was in great shape when he left. $65 was a good price for the work done.

I'm 70 years old, arthritic, and not as spry or independent as I used to be. I don't think about that when I have a contractor come in to install something, like a new garage door opener. So, when I sat down to fill out the warranty registration (thanks to the installer who reminded me to do that when he handed me the brochure), I was dismayed to realize I didn't have the serial number. I searched the brochure for a hint as to where I could find the serial number and, sure enough, it's up on the opener. I have a ladder, so it's not impossible to climb up there and read it--if I put on my bifocal glasses and tilt my head back to read the small print, or if I use my binoculars. I just wish Tom the Installer had just taken the time to write the serial number down for me when he was up there installing it. When you pay over $700 for something, you tend to expect a little more service.
