Theresa took my call and accommodated our request to have the garage door repaired today. She was able to fit me in pretty quickly. Tom arrived at 12:30, informed me of my options and costs and quickly got to work. Tom was personable, knowledgeable and clearly was skilled in problem solving. We were planning to replace our garage doors and planned on going with another company. Because of my consistently positive experience, you all have sealed the deal. Installed one new pre-assembled door with indoor control plus one outside keypad. Removed old rollers on track system for this door and for a similar installation from last year. Both doors now operate very quietly. All finished, including cleanup in 2 hours or less. This was similar to the first installation one year ago.

I called at 7:30 AM to say that my garage door was not operating properly and was told that someone would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. Tom arrived at 8:02. Within an hour and a half he replaced both springs and repaired several other door componets. Thanks for the good work.

This company tried to up charge a repair on Springs!!! To bad he didn’t know I maintenance the garage fire every 3-5 years with a tune up!!! Don’t tell me the rollers need replacing after 3 years! You cost me $55 trip charge but $800 in up charges NOPE buyer beware and I fell for the YouTube video about other repair companies!!! UGH

We had a door failure and Precision set a time to inspect. There were several wear items, frayed cables, and broken spring which Zac clearly showed me. These items were overlooked by a previous technician with another company. There was a very real danger of a serious occurrence, and we are very thankful for Zac and his considerable expertise.
