We have used Precision for a number of years both for our personal residence and some investment properties. They are quick to respond, even on the weekends, fairly priced and pleasant to work with! Recently we had an issue with a garage door that had been damaged by a car. We thought it would need to be replaced but tech was able to straighten it out, get it back on the track and service it. Works great and you can barely see where it was damaged

I called this morning because I couldn't open my garage door. Your technician, Tom Lathrop came promptly and discovered that the trunk of my car interfered with the door. We had an emergency with our garage door Sunday. I found this company on Google and saw it had good reviews. I called in and got a live operator and they were able to get me a same day appointment. I had a follow up call within 1/2 an hour. The gentleman that serviced our door was so nice and professional. He worked to get our door operating again and was able to give us the option to replace our door if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend these folks!

I've been a long term Precision Door Customer. I'm a long term Denver native and I was a customer at another prominent garage door company in Denver And although I wasn't outright getting ripped off, there was plenty of room for improvement in their products and service. Moving to Precision has been a complete success. Although my contact with Precision is infrequent, when I do have a problem they treat me like I'm their only customer. Couldn't be better.
