Excellent Service, quick and thorough. We needed a new opener for our 20 year old one that died. The technician was very nice and not only installed the new opener but checked all other aspects (bolts,rollers,etc) of the door to ensure they were in best possible condition.

Two things: First, I called Precision around 9:00 am with a broken chain on my garage door, and someone from Precision was at my house by 10:30 am the same morning. Second, Zac, the Precision technician, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work within a couple of hours. The final amount of work was more extensive and the price tag more expensive than I had initially expected, but I feel confident the new system will provide years of trouble-free service.

Precision is the best, I had a torsion spring break on late Sunday afternoon, got an appointment for Monday between 4 and 6 pm. I got home from work at 3:15 and they were waiting for me. Tom is the one who did the work, this guy is on top of garage doors. He is polite, fast, and knows his job like the back of his hand. This company rocks, great job.

I was delighted with Precision Garage Door service. I had work done on my garage last year by another vendor who I had used in the past to replace belt. That is still working fine. The motor for my garage door had died a few days ago. When I called the other company, there was going to be a 2 week wait for servicing - way too long to wait for something like this. I found Precision via Google reviews and called. They were able to come out the same day, gave a 2 hour time frame (so much nicer than having a 4 hour time frame which seems to be the norm) and Donovan serviced everything. He took a look at everything in my garage door to make sure of the problem. As he didn't have the right size part, he checked with me to see if he could go to another job, pick up the right size part and come back which was fine with me. He was incredibly thorough and even recommended and installed a surge protector for the motor. I had to run out to do some errands and he left me a message to call him on his cell phone so he could walk me though the new motor, keypad, etc. When I got home, he was still there but I truly was so appreciative that he would have been happy to consult with me by cell phone even after he had left. Precision Garage door now has a lifelong new customer!

James Rubesne did not an outstanding job in replacing both torsion springs and getting our garage door open for us. He also made sound technical arguments in convincing us to replace the main bearing located between the 2 torsion springs, as well as replacing the door rollers in the roller tracks, several of which were severely degraded due to their age and normal wear and tear. Although getting the entire door replaced (including the door panels and 2 outer rod bearings) was not a viable financial option for us at this point in time due to other recent house expenses we've had to make, James helped us in the end make a smart financial decision to just replace only the components that would keep the door serviceable for us over the next couple of years until we can better plan on an entire door replacement. But to be certain, we will be calling Precision Door Service in the distant future for our garage door replacement when our financial situation allows for this higher expense.

I would HIGHLY recommend them. Phone customer service was excellent, very open with communication, upfront and honest. Got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of calling. The tech, Zack, called me to ask if I was available earlier, which was great! He showed up, broke down my price points for my severely broken garage door. Showed me the parts that were broken or wearing down so I knew they were not trying to skimp more money out of me around. Everything was very clear between customer and tech. Zack was quick and efficient with his work and finished up with an hour and half; was like my garage door wasn't even broken. Also given that this is being repaired during the Covid Pandemic, I would like to note, he wore his mask the entire time - 97° weather, in my closed garage - stayed respectful of entering and exiting my house to grab parts. I think he made 2 trips through my house and that was all. Overall, if I could give the breakdown of stars, I would give 5 to customer service, 4 to price (but still very fair!) but 5+ to my tech! Excellent job ????

Great Job on the broken spring replacement! Adam was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and explained what he was doing. He checked out the system and suggested we replace the shaft bearing now. I am very happy he upsized our spring since the last one had been replaces about 10 years ago! I really like that Precision uses email and text to communicate so I was kept informed about the appointment, who would do the job, and job documentation.
