Forgot the rear door of my car was still open and closed the garage door down on it, causing a cable to unravel and a top section to fall off the tracks. Called on a Sunday morning at 9:30am, was offered a timeframe between 12:00-2:00. James called at 12:30, and was to my house within 15 minutes. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, saw immediately what needed to be done. In addition, he went over and above to make a couple other adjustments which I didn’t even realize were needed....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for your reputable service!

Ben was very responsive and quickly returned our initial call to ask basic questions and to determine if we could fix the problem with our door opener over the phone. We could not. So Zac showed up early on his scheduled day and did a great job asking the right questions to evaluate our situation, diagnosing the problem, explaining our options and the pros/cons of each, then implementing the alternative we selected. Both gentlemen clearly knew their trade!

Tyler was our repairman. He called in advance, made arrangements to get started before I returned home, and explained the issues thoroughly as we went along. Repairs were made quickly and neatly, options were explained clearly with no pressure, and all was wrapped up a 2 hours. My appointment was between 10:00 and 12:00. Tom called me around 8:20 and said he could be at my house just before 9:00, which worked out better for my schedule. Today he installed a new sensor. He was also out last year to install a new Spring. He definitely knows what he is doing and does quality work! I won't go anywhere else for garage door repairs.

Second time I had Tyler work on my garage door. First time he replaced the key pad and programmed it for me. This time he replaced the rollers, Springs and Cables. Got ready to leave for work this morning and could not open the garage. It would lift up a few inches and stop. I knew something was wrong and I could not fix it. I called Precision because of their ratings. They came to my house within 45 minutes of my call and repaired everything that needed fixed. Tom worked quickly and efficiently and got me out the door within an hour!

Hi, I'd like to relay I am a new first time customer of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and have just had a replacement completed for an old Wayne Dalton I Drive garage door opening system (The I Drive unit is discontinued). I had called two local service providers and with the lack of professionalism in the initial calls I opted not to go any further with those companies. I call Precision Garage Door next and was so surprised at the professionalism and knowledge base that the scheduler who took my call had. She had a technician (Bobby) scheduled to be at my residence in just a few hours. After the work and options were discussed I decided to go with a Master Lift 8500 Wall Mount Unit, and all other replacement components for the door opening system. Very prompt with my next day appointment in the morning. Bobby was highly trained and knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation, friendly service, and I was provided a full breakdown of all components pricing and labor prior to and after the work was completed. They might not be the least expensive, however you get what you pay for, and I received the highest quality products and service from Precision. I would confidently refer them to anyone. Our garage door would not close as the electric eye seemed to think something was blocking it. I called Precision since they had repaired the door a couple of years ago. They explained the problem as the sensors were not connecting and I tried to fix it with their help. I couldn't get the sensors to line up. A few hours later one of their installers showed up and fixed the problem. He was very professional and explained the problem. He did not charge me for fixing the problem. Now my wife is happy that the door is fixed and I am happy that she is happy. A great business.

Stay away. In fact don’t even call them. . The worst rip off service I have ever experienced and will warn others out there never to use you. Should have looked at yelp first to get the real reviews and not the filtered ones on your site. Ultimately I believed the tech and first instinct was run but I got bamboozled and that is on me. Your prices are way too high for the service and your flat out ripping people off. 199 for and end bearing set- that’s () unbelievable, 159 for a drum set I can get online for 30 dollars. -again just a () ripoff. Even looking at the inspection report it is bullshit. It was a very well maintained door that was six years old and the only thing broken was the spring and one cable. Which either could have resulted in the other failing. The shaft didn’t fail, brackets were not failing, drums were not failing rollers were not failing but all were marked as fail. Hundreds of dollars later, an hours worth of work for items that didn’t need to be replaced. Your a scam business and I cannot and will not ever recommend you to anyone. You may have screwed one person over but I will be sure to prevent another hundred the headache.

My garage door broke (Rollers got out) just as I was leaving for work, of course, couple of days after a blizzard! I checked online and the first company I got was Precision Door Service so I checked the reviews and decided to call at 8:30a.m. and Theresa answered immediately and set up the appointment between 10:00-12noon, but 15 mins later I got a phone call from Tom Lathrop (my technician) saying he will be at my house at 9:15am and he did, only 45 mins after calling. Tom was extremely nice, prompt, very professional, he diagnosed the issues quickly and was very informative upfront in regards to the cost (new rollers, spring and cables) he fixed my garage in 60 mins and gave me 3 years guarantee. I very highly recommend them! Thank you Tom, Theresa and all Precision staff!

He said the springs were about to brake and other parts did not past the test.I ask about replacement parts and said the door was to old no parts The panel on the door is not in good. The door need to be replaced. This cost me $140.00 and the door might brake or would not open or get stuck open replacement $1000.00 along that line. Ater he fix it and then said the stuff about might not work dd not leave me with good feeling

We had a problem with our noisy, heavy wood double-car door and the day we called requesting service, we had someone out that afternoon ! He was great ! He replaced broken hinges, tightened others, and lubricated our track; answered our questions about new doors, motors, tracks, hinges. Then, off he went. Our door is so quiet. we highly recommend Precision.

Not impressed very expensive for a 20min service. Guy who came out took a total of 20minutes to do repair. Hard pressed me on coils replacement when I told him we had them replaced 1year and a half ago. When I handed him your website $15 off coupon he said that it doesn’t apply because that’s for parts when it clearly says $15 off garage door repair.
