First, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on Thanksgiving day. (One of the torsion springs had broken.) Then pleased that a technician could make repairs the next day. Zack arrived earlier than the time I had been give, evaluated the door, and gave me three options -- fully explaining each. I took the complete overhaul which Zack completed in a professional and timely manner. Door works great now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Zack and Precision Door.

We can’t say anything except all good about Prestige. We called them late evening on Fri. night and they had crew out first thing Sat. morning on time. Issue was correctly assessed in a few minutes and fixed in less than an hour. While we actually thought we had called a local company, called Prestige by mistake but are extremely happy we got them instead. I will use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair company.

During this cold spell, the main spring for our garage door snapped. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service was prompt, professional, and fair priced. The work is guaranteed for a year. Our technician, James, was very clear about what was wrong and needed to done. He completed the work efficiently, replaced the main spring, and fine turned the door & opener so that they work better than they ever did before. Tom just came by as scheduled, despite horrible weather that included heavy snow and temperatures in the teens. It was a simple fix -- new wiring needed to the sensors.
