This company has a serious gem of an employee. I posted on Nextdoor that my garage was broken at 8 pm. Someone saw it and offered to come and fix it that same night. Worked for 3 hours. I couldn't feel prouder to have this neighbor nor more grateful. Precision Door, Donovan is a keeper.

I choose Precision because of your chat service on the website. I was upset about my broken door , because both cars were in there . The person on the chat service took over and helped me to calm down. She gave me all the information I needed for the next morning. Zach the repairman was there when they said he would be. He took over and was very good at fixing my door. I should have another 20 years of service from it. Zach was very good at calming me down also, he had the job done very quickly. My door has never been this quiet. Thank you Precision. Kirk Dawson

I found you on google. I was in a panic late at night because me garage door wouldn’t shut. The person that answered told me how to get it closed using the red cord. She scheduled someone to come out the next morning. They came and fixed it in less than 10 min. Will definitely use again.
