It is so refreshing to meet a worker that knows customer service. The young man that came to my house, I think he said Mark, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my door. It shows that your company not only trains their employees the business of application but customer service. Some employees have a natural ability in customer service that you don't get in training, and that was this young man. He fulfilled all the qualifications for an excellent employee.

This was our second repair by Precision (Tom Lathrop). The first was 2020, when another company botched a broken spring and cable replacement and after four visits garage door still wasn't working properly. Tom immediately diagnosed the problems and quickly made the necessary repairs. This time, a bracket holding a wheel on the track (25 year old door) had pulled loose from the door. In less than 30 minutes, Tom made the necessary repairs. Charges were very reasonable. I had originally selected Precision based on their great reviews. If I could give Tom Lathrop (and Precision) more than 5 stars, I would.

Brian is so professional and knowledgeable. I called Precision on a Saturday and Brian showed up at the end of the day and stayed late until the work was totally finished. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. After his inspection, he explained what needed to be done and why these repairs were important to the safe operation of the garage door.
