Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!

Our garage door stopped opening, and I called Precision at 6 PM one night. We scheduled time for the team to visit the next morning between 8-10 AM. Brian called right at 8 to see what timeframe worked best in that 2 hour window, and showed up right at the agreed time. He was pleasant & efficient, and I’ll definitely use Precision again.

We had a sagging chain on our 16 year old garage door opener. We chose Precision Garage Door because of their online reviews and longevity of their business. The technician Zac was polite, friendly and informative. He explained the problem and went over our options. We chose to have him replace the opener and belt drive. Old cheap garage door didn't work one Sunday morning. Call Precision and had a technician at our home within 3 hours. James was super professional and explained what was wrong (cheap builder grade garage door opener). He installed a new opener on the spot which is light years better than the old one. James is the kind of employee I would want working in my business - he is an asset to your company!

We would not recommend this company for repairs. We had a repairmen come out to fix our garage and he told us it needed to be replaced and we got a couple quotes. He then proceeded to tighten some things on the garage door and charged us $99 for something we didn’t ask him to do on a door that needed to be replaced anyway. There was a lack of communication and we were left $99 out of pocket at the end and our garage door was not repaired.

There is a service fee charged to all customers when a service is booked as is the standard practice of all, if not the majority of companys. Awesome service, and reasonable price. Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens. Have already recommended Precision to friends and coworkers.
