Bill worked with me on the phone adjusting the controls. I followed his instructions but needed his help so he came over the next day to finish up. I was very pleased with his efforts in helping me.

Josh came out and did a fantastic job! Communication is what i look for in a company, and it was good. The only hiccup I had was I needed service on Sunday and Josh said he was the only guy working. He had to cover all the jobs himself so ran about an hour and half over the time window that was given. No big deal to me. I'd recommend Precision. Thank you for the great service!

I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that. I would recommend Precision and Jessie for any garage repairs.

Jessie was prompt and worked wonders on an old, crumbling door-which he will replace next week, as the old one can no longer be trusted to hold together. He also worked on an adjoining door

The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He had to order parts due to the size and weight of my doors. He kept me informed and showed up a couple of days later to install the spring cables and adjust the doors. The doors work perfectly (first time in years) and are adjusted perfect. They open and close perfect and I appreciate the knowledge and dedication of my installer. i would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Sincerely, Jerry Hindman Castle Rock, CO .80104

Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!

Our garage door stopped opening, and I called Precision at 6 PM one night. We scheduled time for the team to visit the next morning between 8-10 AM. Brian called right at 8 to see what timeframe worked best in that 2 hour window, and showed up right at the agreed time. He was pleasant & efficient, and I’ll definitely use Precision again.

We had a sagging chain on our 16 year old garage door opener. We chose Precision Garage Door because of their online reviews and longevity of their business. The technician Zac was polite, friendly and informative. He explained the problem and went over our options. We chose to have him replace the opener and belt drive. He had the work completed in an hour and our door is operating VERY smoothly. Thank you.

Old cheap garage door didn't work one Sunday morning. Call Precision and had a technician at our home within 3 hours. James was super professional and explained what was wrong (cheap builder grade garage door opener). He installed a new opener on the spot which is light years better than the old one. James is the kind of employee I would want working in my business - he is an asset to your company!
