My garage door fell off the tracks on at 8:30 Sunday morning. I saw your ad for 24/7 service and called. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. Zac Bedard installed a new garage door opener system. It now works like it should. Zac was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Job well done, Zac. Thank you so much for your excellent service!!! Ron and Maryann Garrimone

We initially used Precision Door Service in 2019 for a new garage door opener and they were excellent. We needed them again today to repair the broken spring that is attached to the garage door. Again, excellent service! The service has always been prompt, reliable and professional and I will continue to use and refer Precision Door Service to others.

Garrett was efficient, professional and very thorough in accomplishing the service needed. The door was racked. He corrected that quickly and proceeded with adjustments to ensure the door was properly aligned. The charge was very reasonable. I will certainly call Precision again if the need arrises.

I want to thank Brian for coming today. He is fantastic. My garage door spring needed replacing and he also found a cable that was shredding. After the repair was finished he made sure the opener was OK and working properly. Thank you again.

Not only did Garrett show up an hour and half early, he also got their at the exact same time as his competitor (who was an hour and a half LATE). Night and day service comparison. I chose because of the professionalism, timeliness, price and information/education given. I’m very happy with my choice. Very happy with the work completed.

It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.

Jessie was terrific! He provided prompt and thorough service. He was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also explained upgrade options, which I will probably pursue in order to have a more permanent fix. Very professional!

Very detailed & thorough when discussing issues with your door. No pressure placed upon the customer. You are given the facts. You control the outcome. Won't use anyone else.

We've been dealing with a 16 -year-old garage door opener that was loud and in the cold weather did not do it's primary function (open and closing the garage!) Anyway, after three months of fun playing "Will The Garage Door Opener Work Today?" game (LOL) - I finally called Precision. Cue this morning: I had an outpatient medical procedure and couldn't get my car out - luckily I had my son's iced-over vehicle to drive - that was around 10am when I returned home, so I called Precision and I spoke with a very nice lady, Karen, and she sent Garrett out. And he made judgement call that it's at end-of-life, gave me the options on a new opener and the best one for our family. By 1:50pm SAME DAY he was gone leaving behind a new & quiet - with an App and reliable garage door opener. Why did I wait so long? Honestly, my husband and I thought it would be some ordeal. NOPE. I would call Precision Door Service anyday. Garrett was great, Karen was caring and yeah A++++ Call these guys/gals!

I chose Precision because of your location and your willingness to provide same day service. Your people went above and beyond to provide service, as in your words they were very courteous and professional and Brian was great with helping me decide what I needed, as well as knowledgeable about your product. I also liked the way you represent your self on your web page.

Our double garage door was wedged in the opening and would not move up or down. It looked like an expensive total garage door replacement. Brian from Precision Door Service came to our rescue. He got the garage door closed, assessed the problem and offered some recommended courses of action. I chose to replace the drums/cables and rollers. Brian did the work quickly and effectively and had the garage door operating again as good as new! We could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend Brian and Precision Door Service. They are the best: courteous, responsive, and highly professional.

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.
