It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.

Jessie was terrific! He provided prompt and thorough service. He was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also explained upgrade options, which I will probably pursue in order to have a more permanent fix. Very professional!

Whole experience was good from the receptionist who set up my appointment to the Tech. Tech called in advance as promised, arrived 10 minutes before 2 hour window I was given, fixed the door in minutes and then tuned the door up. He was pleasant and efficient

We've been dealing with a 16 -year-old garage door opener that was loud and in the cold weather did not do it's primary function (open and closing the garage!) Anyway, after three months of fun playing "Will The Garage Door Opener Work Today?" game (LOL) - I finally called Precision. Cue this morning: I had an outpatient medical procedure and couldn't get my car out - luckily I had my son's iced-over vehicle to drive - that was around 10am when I returned home, so I called Precision and I spoke with a very nice lady, Karen, and she sent Garrett out. And he made judgement call that it's at end-of-life, gave me the options on a new opener and the best one for our family. By 1:50pm SAME DAY he was gone leaving behind a new & quiet - with an App and reliable garage door opener. Why did I wait so long? Honestly, my husband and I thought it would be some ordeal. NOPE. I would call Precision Door Service anyday. Garrett was great, Karen was caring and yeah A++++ Call these guys/gals!

Our double garage door was wedged in the opening and would not move up or down. It looked like an expensive total garage door replacement. Brian from Precision Door Service came to our rescue. He got the garage door closed, assessed the problem and offered some recommended courses of action. I chose to replace the drums/cables and rollers. Brian did the work quickly and effectively and had the garage door operating again as good as new! We could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend Brian and Precision Door Service. Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.

Wonderful experience. Called on a Sunday and Garrett came a few hours later. Our spring snapped and car was stuck in the garage. PDS sent a technician out in under 24 hours, James was efficient & personable, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, had the parts on hand and resolved the problem in less than an hour. He also did a check of the rest of the garage door, tightening bolts, and making sure everything was safe. I am very happy with Precision, and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.
