Joshua was very courteous, professional and very informative. He answered all my questions and did not push any of the products. He simply stated what he thought should be done that would be helpful and beneficial for the life of my garage door. I appreciated his honesty.

My husband and I were thrilled by the service Precision Door Service provided. Our older garage door was instilled during the 90's and was in bad shape. One call to Precision, and there was a knowledgeable tech here in a two hours. James was prompt, very polite, efficient and an excellent worker. Within less than two hours, James had made some necessary repairs and installed a new belt garage door opener. Before James left, he reprogramed our two vehicles. Thank you again for excellent service. I will certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any work on any garage door.

Jesse was the technician who worked on my garage door today. His previous appointment finished early so he called and asked, very politely and almost apologizing, if he could come early. I had been warned that my opener was on its last leg so I wasn’t surprised that it needed to be replaced, and it died as I opened the door to let Jesse in. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Jesse took the old opener & all the packaging with him, left my garage spotless, and I’m so very pleased

Josh did a great job!!!! The best thing about it is that my garage door wouldn't even open so I didn't know what to do. I called them at about 8 in the morning and my problem was solved shortly after. Appreciate you ????

I looked online for someone to help us with a problem with our garage door. Your company is near our home, so I felt comfortable calling you. Josh came soon, and we were impressed with his appearance, his manner, and his straightforward analysis of our problem. He expertly conducted the repairs that we needed in a short time, and explained a number of issues that we asked about. Your company is blessed to have Josh working for you!!

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service! Marc did a fantastic job and fixed everything. My door had a broken spring, along with many other age related issues, that he repaired in a timely manor. I could not have asked for a better technician! He was very clear on the repairs, cost of repairs, and a very genuinely nice man. Thanks for such great service and hiring good, honest, reliable technicians.

We had Precision install new openers when we first moved into this house and everything works great. One of the pushbutton controlers was not working well now, after 6 years, so Bill replaced that for us. He als recommended and performed some regular maintenance on the lifters, hinges, etc. and now everything works like new again. Great job, and we feel ready for winter.

Precision Garage Door Company is fantastic. I called for a non-emergency service call. Tom, a wonderful tech representative of Precision came out the next morning with the required parts and got right to work. Don't bother with other companies when you can call Precision Garage Door and have fair prices and terrific service.

Mark was superb in all areas. He kept us updated on what he was doing and why. We’ve had many repair people at homes over the past 10 years and Mark was clearly the best, not only in the excellent service that he provided, but his outstanding customer service skills. Mark deserves a raise! If I ever use Precision Garage Doors again or if I know of someone that needs garage door services, I will recommend Mark at Precision. Fred B

Over 11 years ago I used precision and was very happy. Then we moved from Englewood to Aurora and started to use another company. Today I am back with precision and have no idea why I ever left. They are awesome in not only level of service but all details of what a first class company should be. I am back with precision to stay

Once again, we received stellar service from Tom and everyone at Precision. This repair was for stripped rollers/gears. We previously had a different door repaired by Precision (spring replacement), and based on the exemplary service, we called again, to repair this other door.

Our garage door technician, Marc, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Our repair presented some challenges, but Marc persevered and got the job done. We now have a functioning garage door and peace of mind with the new garage door opener. He even helped us to program the new opener with my wife's car. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the repair. I highly recommend this company for any garage door problems you may have.
