I can't recommend Precision Garage Door enough! They have been maintaining my garage door for years. They replaced my old door a few years ago, and today they came out to do a quick fix when it wasn't working. They fixed it in no time, and the service was quick, fair, helpful, and completely free of charge. Fantastic, honest customer service!

I'm a computer challenged 80 yr old, got my first smart phone a couple months ago. I docked you several stars for the following reasons: 1) Your people installed an opener that's a little too technical for me. It has a camera, but since they couldn't get the app to work on my phone it does me no good. 2) The opener doesn't work with my cars' (2005 Highlander, 2008 Lexus) installed garage door opener. It would have been nice if your people had explained the pros and cons of the opener that they're installing beforehand and consider the technical expertise of the client. Otherwise, they did a very nice job.

Love the service - been a customer for at least a decade. Minus one star for not receiving any email or text confirmation about my appt. today. Got the 'thanks for being a customer' email after the visit, but nothing about the actual appointment. This led me to doubt if I'd actually made the appt or not. No biggie, just odd. Bill was super helpful. We will be back.

I originally scheduled my appointment on Wednesday and due to unforeseen circumstances had to reschedule for Thursday. I contacted Bill and he was more than happy to accommodate me for an early morning on Thursday. The technician showed up and within a half hour my garage door was working. The technician was very pleasant and professional.

Very nice & professional technician! I had Precision come out a few years ago & had a great experience then. So when experiencing issues again with my garage door, this was a no brainer for me. I called precision garage doors after seeing their ads on TV. It really motivated me to get my garage. Doors looked at and get some maintenance done and get it all taken care of. Nick was my repairman who showed up and went through everything with me. Line by line, by line within 30 minutes. He had my garage doors running as smoothly and as quietly as can be. If you're even remotely thinking about it, just get it done. And you'll be very happy and sleep a lot better at night.

Precision has also maintained an excellent rating from the Better Business Bureau over the years, which provides some peace of mind when deciding who we want to work on our home.
