Precision did it again for us! We had used them before years ago and the garage door had worked perfectly. Due to a maintenance issue we needed help and Nick came out first thing in the morning and did an excellent and efficient job for us and at a reasonable price! The tech diagnosed the problem and seems to have done a good job repairing it. However, he arrive 2 ¾ hours late, and wanted me to sign documents, such as satisfaction with the work, and payment authorization without reading what I was signing. He initially showed me only the signature line on his iPad.

The Precision garage door technician was sent out quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on his truck to make the repairs on the spot. The technician was competent and friendly and I could tell he was totally involved in his job by the way he used his tools, care and safety concerns. In about 90 minutes we had new springs, new cables, new rollers and the hinges were checked and tightened. The estimate was clearly explained an all questions answered.

Luke took care of both garage doors by replacing the rollers and cables and the doors are much quieter now. He also reset the entry keypad. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

The springs on our garage door went out and Precision was able to prioritize coming out to us within an hour and a half of us calling them. They explained the issue to us, presented options, and completed the repair in about an hour. We're grateful for their responsiveness and the quick fix! Highly recommend.

Technician arrived promptly. Walked into garage seen spring and already started assuming what it would take to repair springs, calculating everything that needed to be replaced without even inspecting. Upon inspection yes did find little things that need repaired but technician was already adding up total repair estimate dollars, I appreciate the concern and knowledge, but just wanted estimate for spring replacement, not total door replacement cost(repair). Had to flat out tell technician just estimate spring replacement please. Not pleased with appearance and hygiene either.

We have addressed the technician's appearance upon arrival as technicians can become disheveled after a busy day of work and we apologize for that. To address the request to replace ONLY the broken spring requested...your garage door is or was un-fit to repair in a safe or reliable manner. Our technicians are professionally trained and required to perform a 25 point safety inspection before doing any repairs. Dangerously frayed cables and extremely worn and seizing bearings along with other issues prevents us from doing anything other than the safety inspection. You and all customers are informed during your service request phone call that there is a service fee to come to the home for inspection and repairs. Unfortunately, you did refuse the repairs and refused to honor the service fee quoted. Hopefully you found a company willing to repair your garage door and had it properly repaired safely. Having just experienced the tension spring break on my garage door, trapping my cars inside, I was in immediate need of service. I found Precision on a quick internet search and when I called their number, there was an immediate response from the attendant, providing me an overview of their process and rough estimates of the types of repair cost (with caution that actual estimates are provided by the on-site service agent). The attendant provided me with an available time slot the following day, although after asking if there was any possibility of service the same day, they were able to check with their team and made it happen. The transparency of the process and the professionalism and efficiency of the the service representative, James, was outstanding; truly unique in this day and age. James was very thorough in explaining the condition of the door and the various options for repair.

Our garage door springs broke in the beginning of the weekends frigid cold snap, trapping one of our cars inside and Precise was here the next day. Nick was great, he did a thorough inspection of the entire system and gave us a great explanation of what happened and what needed fixing. He was gracious enough to fix everything in about an hour in the cold, we are so appreciative of his work!

We are very happy with our first experience with technician, Luke Wilson. He was very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain the problems (there were many). His work was complete in 2 hours. We were thinking it would take much longer. And the outside temperature was frigid so we were anxious to have the repairs done in order to close the garage door.
