James, the service technician called me to let me know he was on his way prior to coming to my house, and he arrived at my house in a prompt and timely manner. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He repaired what was the basis for my original service request to the company. However, I asked him to examine and assess other aspects of my electric garage door system. He examined and assessed the entire system and noticed wear and tear that needed to be addressed and repaired or replaced. He always explained what he was doing. He answered any questions that I posed to him. He explained the costs involved with the repairs and replacement work he did, which were reasonable and which I appreciated. James completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. James took photos of the areas in my garage door system which he provided to me. He provided me with an itemized estimate of the work that he did and for which I was charged and which i paid for. James also explained about the warranty associated with the woirk he did. Overall, I was very pleased with the service prvoded to me by James and Precision Door Service. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you. I booked over the weekend and they were ready in Monday afternoon, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. Then quickly got me on the schedule the next morning and within 45 mins had a new motor installed and I was taken through the process of setting it hp and how it works. Zach communicated every time he was on his way and was very professional.

My garage door spring broke yesterday. I called Precision a 6pm and got service at 8am the next day. The repair professional (Lucas) was courteous, efficient and came with all necessary replacement items. All replacement items and rationale was explained and approved before the service was initiated. Great experience.

Will provided complete explanation of service and completed the repair of the spring in good time. The cost of the repair was extremely high. The person who took my call and scheduled the service was way low on the estimate for the spring cost of between $200 and 400. Being a huge company like precision,I would like to think that you could be much fairer with your prices.

We do monitor and record all calls to help train our office staff to be sure they are giving correct information when speaking to potential customers. Perhaps there was confusion as you were given pricing for a service fee and a range of prices for both extension springs or torsion springs, depending on what was needed. We cannot give an exact cost until a technician completes the 25 point safety inspection. Your technician did offer and apply a 10% discount off of the parts we installed. Excellent communication from scheduling to the technician who service my system. I appreciate the flexibility in availability for appointments. Technician who arrived was professional and quickly got to work reprogramming my remotes, providing replacements, and servicing my doors components. The price for services was a couple hundred dollars which may be out of reach of many- and although we could have done this ourselves it would have taken us far longer and we had lots of matters we were addressing re security a property. We appreciate that even for the expense the transaction was smooth and in the end worth it to save us some time and energy.
