I chose you because you worked on weekends, and had a good reputation. Nick, our serviceman, was very friendly and explained exactly what he was seeing and what he needed to do. He gave us some options and we chose the one that worked best, and one that he had the right parts to finish. He was great, and I hope I get him next time!

I always use Precision for my garage door issues, they respond promptly and have always exceeded my expectations. James arrived early and fixed my issue in no time. He did some preventive maintenance on my old garage door and it’s good as new. James was pleasant, extremely capable and knowledgeable. Once again Precision exceeded my expectations!

I used Precision because of their warranty. Precision installed this opener in June 2024 and it had a 3 year warranty. In April, 2026 it failed and I called, they came the next day and replaced a defective mother board. The warranty covered it 100%. Ihad figured the warranty would be pro-rated over 3 years but I was wrong. Now this is how to run a business. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you!

The tech diagnosed the problem and seems to have done a good job repairing it. However, he arrive 2 ¾ hours late, and wanted me to sign documents, such as satisfaction with the work, and payment authorization without reading what I was signing. He initially showed me only the signature line on his iPad.
