My garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision, and Marc was out within a couple hours. He was professional, friendly, and completed the work quickly and with care.

Ben arrived at the start of the service window and replaced a blinking sensor with a new one. When the new sensor also blinked, he concluded that there was a problem on the opener board, but since the opener was working fine, he advised me to wait until the door actually failed and then replace the entire opener. He gave me a sticker which I put on the unit. I will definitely be buying from him when my unit finally does fail. He also reattached the existing opener because one of the ceiling two-by-fours was cracked. He did all this for the price of the service call. He did not charge me for the new sensor. I recommend him highly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair.

I called Precision to take care of a garage door issue. I was told that Tom would come out that same day, between 2-4:00. Not only was he on the early side of 2-4:00 but it was a simple fix and looked at and listened to the door and said it did not require any maintenance at this time.....yeah!!

I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work from Precision. The technician James was so kind and explained everything to me prior to starting the work. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs too! He even helped me move back a very heavy table on wheels that we had already moved out of the way...and not only that he programmed the garage door opener in my car that had not been working either! Top notch! While noone wants their garage door to break and unfortunately mine did after hours on a Thurs night leaving me no choice but to cut the cables to secure my garage and house, I now know who to call if something like this happens again!
